Recruitment Made Easy
HR recruit has made it easy for us to create a structured application process, where both the hiring committee and applicants are handled very conveniently. It has quickly become an absolute must have in our company - and at the same time ensures that we comply with applicable laws on personal data.
HR recruit's employees are very development-oriented, and listen to our wishes and are good at informing us about new features - which we see very often.

We are happy with the product. And we have no issues with its functionality.
It solves two central issues: We are hiring 1.000 researchers as authors for our site and hiring staff for the organization.

We have used HR-ON Recruit for several years and it is a great system. HR-ON is easy to use, ensures GDPR and has a very helpful support team. HR-ON is open-minded to our needs and developing continiously.
I have not experienced downsides yet at HR-ON.

Professionel handling of applications.
We have for more than 5 years enjoyed using the HR-ON system.
It's not only super user friendly seen form a HR perspective. Most importantly our managers love the system. HR-ON is easy for them to use and includes the features they need to proceed fast to their next task.
For HR administration HR-ON plays an increasing more important role also because of continious development, and HR-ON webinars sharing valuable insights and guides.
I have no specific input. The only problem I've had is the auto-reporting at 4 monrning. This have now been solved (turned off).
Efficiency, user frienliness and easy administration
I can always call support and within a split second my problems are solved. HR-ON employees are competent, and if I should get in contact with a new employee, they are very well onboarded and will send your request to an experienced colleque and get back with an answer and solution in no time.

At the time I had to sign up for a "staff system" HR-ON's Staff was in the beginning and due to an upcoming audit we had to choose another system which had the necessary features.
It is easy to post a vacant position and with HR-ON's Recrutiment we are GDPR compliant when it comes to handling the applications we receive. It is easy to share the applications with the recruitment committee. And most of all it saves us a lot of time administratively.
At SFS, we use both HR-ON Staff and HR-ON Recruit. We have been through several different HR and recruitment systems before we found HR-ON and are without a doubt the best product we have tried. It is flexible so that it can be adapted to the needs of the company. The design also makes it easy to use for everyone. Great user experience!
It has some small bugs once in a while but the customer support is top notch. They take the issues seriously and get them fixed as soon as possible.
