What do you like best about HR Acuity?
I like how we can easily and clearly document information, communication, and the timining of when things happen so that our team can manage claims efficiently.
What do you dislike about HR Acuity?
I do not like how emails appear when they are sent from HR Acuity cases. The feature to send out emails is convenient, but we find that some of our recipients ignore the emails as they do not look as our 'regular' emails do when we send them.
What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR Acuity allows us to track our case numbers, look for trends across our brands, and manage claims easily throughout our team.

Easy to use and very organized
What do you like best about HR Acuity?
I like the reminder function. Being able to have reminders set for myself about certain cases versus having to actually click into each case to see what I need to do next is helpful and saves me time. It's also very helpful in assisting the teams I assist in terms of organization of our conversations/notes. The ability to prioritize my cases and the ease of use is amazing. It's very easy to use for a beginner.
What do you dislike about HR Acuity?
I dislike how the drop down for searching an employee by SSN disappears if you click on another screen, considering I am using multiple screens. I wish the list of employees would stay populated until I click the drop down to revert back up or until I exit out of the list.
What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR Acuity doesn't necessarily solve a problem for me, but it does help me organize the problems I am investigating. I have to remain organized in my role and HR Acuity is a tremendous help with putting all of the information into one space. I love being able to attach emails as needed to support my case as well.

A Awesome Time
What do you like best about HR Acuity?
Using this instrument made acuity quite simple. The pre-delivdered best practices were presented to enable very simple start configuration or setup. Using the instrument is simple and straightforward. The platform was designed for ER tracking rather than modified to fit.
What do you dislike about HR Acuity?
Would like more contemporary integration choices, sometimes known as APIs. Though there is always space for improvement, reporting is strong.
What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?
All ER and investigations are tracked here now from one source. One great development is the capacity to spot and document trends. We also now have a central repository for material not kept on one personal computer.

Amazing system for employee relations

Keeps me organized and I love that I can have all notes at my fingertip for each employee.

It's a bit timely for entering information and cases. But definitely worth it.

Easy to use, confidential, & integrates with our HRIS sytem
What do you like best about HR Acuity?
The system integrates easily with our HRIS system, UKG. It is confidential to report employee complaints, harrasment or retaliation issues, and it is very easy to use. We can run reports and searches to look for trends and common patterns across our organization in order to identify traning needs or other actions that need to be addressed.
What do you dislike about HR Acuity?
It's important to take the time to set up reason codes and other settings to ensure you have the complexity you need (or don't need) when you implement this system. It has the ability to be as complex or not, so take the time at the onset.
What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no system of record before HR Acuity. We now have a system to log and report issues so we can record these and provide reporting to external legal counsel as needed. We can also look at trends and patterns across the organization.

What do you like best about HR Acuity?
It is very user friendly and easy to teach others. There are a lot of things that are customizable for your Company and the overall platform is truly made for ER Teams. There are so many features that are so benefical and easy to use. This is a platform that we are using every day all day long.
What do you dislike about HR Acuity?
Sometimes HR Acuity makes changes and we don't always recieve a training/explanation to those changes before they happen, so that can cause confusion. With that said, that is such a minor issue and easily resolved. The Customer Service Team has been so great and fast to respond.
What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR Acuity has made our investigations very uniformed across the board and it makes it so much easier to create and share reports.

Best implementation of a software program I have ever done
What do you like best about HR Acuity?
We went live with HR Acuity in January 2024 our implementation coordinator Kayla was AMAZING!! My 30 years in HR this is by far the best software implementation I have ever been involved. The tool is robust, user friendly and customizable. Highly recommend!
