What I like the most about Hour One is the fact that is simple.

The interface is very familiar and you don't struggle when first coming in into the software.

There is nothing to dislike. If I think of a useful feature, I'll ask and they consider it and often implement it.

The problem with static avatars is that online learning is not as interesting. The problem with live actors is cost and availability and time to produce. This eliminates those issues. Here we can quickly make adjustments and the voices never are unavailable like a human might be.
