This is the third time I've bought a virtual number on the site. I think this platform is one of the best in the business. Here you can find a number from any country in the world for any purpose. I really like the rates HotTelecom provides. Yeah, their interface looks unlogical, but it works if you ask them. With their numbers, you can register in Telegram or Facebook (worked for me but ask the live chat).

They have a Chat with live support agents on their site. However, they don't work when it's night in Europe.

The agents in that chat showed me a nice rate for Belgium (5$/month). That's why 10/10

interface looks unlogical

Caller ID and Sender ID are limited for outbound calls, but you can still make calls

With purchasing HotTelecom's Voice phone number you can easily get the effect of local presence in any country of the world you need. All you need is to purchase the number and enter the destination of forwarding for the incoming calls. Their team will help with everything if needed. There are also additional services available: voicemail, interactive voice response, etc.

What do you dislike about HotTelecom?

Hottelecom have call statistics, but we'd like to get the connection with CRM system. They are working on it and have already add one CRM system available, waiting for more.

We receive a lot of phone calls daily from customers and partners. And it becomes difficult and time-consuming to redirect calls to the needed departments all the time. Now we have a virtual phone number with a complicated IVR tree so the caller is able to choose the needed department while calling by themselves. Such a solution has made our work with the incoming calls much more effective for sure.
