The tech and the product are fabulous. Givecloud can consistently expand its compatibility with other tools in the market, making it easier for our customers to make the most of Givecloud within their current operational tech stack.

But the best thing is their team. Their accessibility through Slack, quick communication and "can-do" attitude makes the Hotglue team feel like an extension of our team - a crucial element when outsourcing integrations.

Their list of pre-built integrations continues to grow. We're excited to expand our product as they expand theirs.

We need a committed, disciplined and streamlined approach to ensuring Givecloud can "play nice" with the tools our customers use every day - today and tomorrow.

Super responsive, strong technical skills (they're effectively an extension of our development team), good humans. Founders are good people & they care about their customers.

Wish they had headcount integrations, but we knew going in that they don't yet. That said, they've said it's on their roadmap for next year, so this should be moot soon enough.

We integrate with our customers' accounting systems so that they can use that data strategically & automate their reporting. Without hotglue, we would have to do all the integrations ourselves, and would be limited in terms of who we can sell to. Having hotglue as a vendor allows us to engage with prospects no matter what accounting system they're on. Turbocharged our ability to sell!

Really responsive customer support team. Product is really reliable and easy to configure.

Still a newer product, but it's been very reliable. The minor issues we've encountered have been addressed quickly.

Hotglue makes it easy to embed integrations with third party applciations with our SaaS platforms. The pricing doesn't destroy margins and the technology is rock solid.

It was super easy to build a custom integration for us using Hotglue. The team was super responsive to make it work perfectly and troubleshooting bugs at all hours of the day!

It sometimes can be a bit complicated to understand the flow of data when first getting started. The data models / structure of flows, tenants, etc are core concepts that take some time to really digest, but once you do, it all makes sense!

Hotglue helps us pipe data between a few different systems that house our clients' data. They make it very easy to keep them in sync in near real time and with minimal UI / branding of their widget. The self service nature of having our support teams setup integrations is super key.

They provide the middle tier infrastructure to integrate with a widely disparate set of solutions in the market.

It's a great solution for embedding in a SaaS product to connect to various popular third-party data sources. The widget is easy to embed, significantly reducing dev time on creating custom connectors.

On one occasion, the docs for setting up a specific source connector were slightly outdated, but I think this is likely the case with all vendors. Their support was super responsive and got it updated very quickly.

We like that they are an iPaaS that focuses on white label solutions for integrating SaaS products and not on configuration and integration of one-off internal enterprise systems.

HotGlue has been great catalyst in our integrations with multiple applications. I appreciate that the tool is easy to use and makes integrations seamless because anyone can use it. You don't have to be a technical person to use HotGlue, but it provides an interface for developers. For example, I find it useful to have the Transform layer included in the integration.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about HotGlue, and the only thing I can think of is that some integrations didn't have the documentation when setting it up. When I reached out to the team, I got it from them, and they added it to the integration page quickly after.

It allow us to focus on our core value, and we let HotGlue handle the integration to get the data we need from our customers. It handles the ETL from our customer's tools. The productivity increase has been amazing.

Nothing I can think of at this point. Very sound functionality is available.

Hotglue team can connect everything to anything. We like the most their speed and flexibility when we need to develop a new integration. If I compare Hotglue with competitors they are on a completely different level.

Sometimes we faced a slightly different understanding of a business logic hidden in the data within their team. Together we have mitigated this small issue with a higher number of iterations.

We had a plan to connect our solution to tens of different e-commerce platforms and ERP systems around the globe just in one quarter. They did it! So we are now more productive and ready for global expansion.
