What do you like best?
Has all the features one needs. Excellent customer service. I like the fact that the software allows me to taylor the features available for each user or user group. Also, I have never had downtime with the Hotellinx software.
What do you dislike?
There are some cheaper software options available (however, I don't think they are comparable). Also sometimes Hotellinx customer service was not available during weekends, but it looks like not they have fixed that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can underline this enough - it is all about customer service. Also, pay attention to the easy of use. A property management system is used for hours and hours each day by the frontline staff so it needs to be easy to use.

I manage all the bookings, payments & operations of my three BnB's with the Hotellinx software. The issues I have had with some other software is that they lack features and they lack customer service.
I am not the biggest hotel operator but in the end, I also need solid software and service. With some of the biggest sw vendors (e.g., Oracle) I get the idea that they do not really care about my business.
