Hook's training material is relatable and entertaining in a way unique to the Cyber industry. Reporting is concise and their suite of phishing templates is expansive and convincing. There are a plethora of options when deploying a campaign providing an administrator with the opportunity to tailor phishing tests to recipients.

I would like to see a scoring system per individual. Something along the lines of a profile for each end user that provides a risk assessment based on their performance in training and internal phishing campaigns.

We are bringing cybersecurity awareness to our employees via a relatable program.

The UI and features are super user friendly. Content is realistic, well done and engaging. It's not dry or unbelievable like some of the other vendors on the market.

Can't say I've found a downside yet. We're early adapters and really enjoying it so far.

So far so good. I have been using the product since Oct 2023 and my request are answered in a timeline manner. The product is nery user friendly and the reports are really helpful. The support staff are knowledgeable and eagered to help.

Not many downsides that I've found. I think the training sessions would be more useful if they were tailored to the specifics of the phishing email. They are a bit generic. Addressing the parts of the particular email that were red flags would be more helpful to the user in my opinion.

Provides a key component in satisfying the requirements for obtaining cyber security insurance. The seemles set it and forget it automation saves time in having to replicate these tests manually. Which in a growing organization simple is not feasible.

I like the methodology of the training material. Hook isn't focused on the "haha, gotchya, and you're a terrible risk in our organization" -- they're focused on the "let's learn together how to become more security-aware". To get employees to participate in the training, they have two methods - humorous and more formal - to match your Org's culture. I was very thoughouly onboarded by one dedicated person who built a customized task list with videos which helped tremendously. After using and demoing several competitors, I feel 100% comfortable recommending Hook to others. While they're a "smaller" company at the time of writing, that doesn't stop them from having all of the "big" company features, plus some.

I have yet to find any downsides to using Hook. Unlike bigger competitors, you are not treated as "just another number". I feel like my business is valued and appreciated.

I love how it makes the awareness training seem fun and easy while it gets the job done! And of course i love that i can measure how effective my training was via the reporting tool.

Honestly, there is nothing i can think of to dislike so far.

It has helped the firm transition smoothly from the traditional platforms and provided automated security training of phishing attacks and others. Its user interface is straightforward to use and has enabled easy onboarding for the employees to the forum. Learning and adapting to the application is simple and provides many templates to test our selected campaigns.

I have been using it for eight months now, and I have no complaints as such. Though it can increase the templates it provides with the library.
