At the peak time (morning and evening time) system performance can be improves. Also custom roles speed can beimproved.

I feel recruitment module can be more configurable, and while opening hono for the first time in a day it takes time to open.

Earlier is was difficult for us to present the data to promoter as we have many sites and getting the data for each site takes a lot of time, now that hono have been launched we can get all the data, seperation, new joinee etc at one place.

Attendance System is very roboust , Employee Confirmation Process really easy to use and saves lot of time .

Some times system is slow. Rest there is nothing to dislike.
