You can take control of your entire hiring process without feeling like you are "losing out" to larger businesses who have larger budgets.

I would prefer more automation in terms of pre-filling fields and previous entries.

This is very easy and intuitive to use. Setting up is quick and you can start straight away. The Trial Period is also a bonus to ensure it meets your needs first.

Effective use of time for a Small business to fill positions without having to outlay a lot of money.

I liked how intuitive it was and how fast customer support got back to me.

The application kept glitching, information would sometimes leave the page. I was unsure during the process if my application would even save and I rushed the application. There is no save button so if you leave the page, you lose your information. I emailed customer support and they said it was becuase grammarly was installed I was having this issue.

The ease. This is the best part of the platform as the UI is very easy to follow and it does offer some intuitive options. Most employees can treat it and use it as self service.

The reporting and custom features need some improvement. Where a very strong ATS like a Greenhouse or Lever offers a ton of custom features, Homerun needs to step up and add here.

We're looking to take our reporting to the next level and HomeRun doesn't offer the visuals that we need. You will get some reporting but the information is raw and doesn't tell a story.
