"Homebase is awesome!"
What do you like best about Homebase?

You can check your schedule/swap shifts. Also if you need to request time off or a sick day you can do it rite on the app! Shows you your earnings by week. There's also a chat board to keep in quick contact with all co workers.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Nothing really the Homebase works for me!

What do you like best about Homebase?

I love that Homebase has made it easy to set employee schedules. I love that everything is in one place and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

I wish that you could make group messages with all employees easier. I work in a hotel, and we need multiple chats for each department, including all employees.

Easy scheduling, fast and convenient communication. I love that everything is in one place. It helps my business run smoothly.

What do you like best about Homebase?

It makes getting my time to my clients much easier. I like the shift reminders as well. It's very customizable.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Would be great if there was mileage tracking built in since it's already using GPS functions. I would love an auto clock in option for if you arrive at an address identified as "work," it auto clocks in within 5 minutes and clocks out once you leave. Not sure if that is something that is possible, but it would be an awesome option.

Homebase allows me to stay on top of my time and get it to clients more efficiently.

I dislike how many things are locked behind a paywall and the price of services.

What do you like best about Homebase?

The app itself is pretty easy and all the employees have no trouble using, as I input timesheets the Homebase features make it super easy process payroll.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Nothing really. I would love to bee able to add employee Id # to an employee profile.

What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes remote payroll easy, don't have to go into the actual building. Makes it easy to see employees on the clock without being present.

What do you like best about Homebase?

There's a lot to love about homebase. The website and app are extremely user-friendly. Perhaps my two favorite parts about the app are the ability for my staff to request time off via the app, and to trade or cover shifts. I was getting several texts the day, and this is much less invasive.

I personally only use it as a digital schedule for the staff, but the fact that you can use it as a clock in system is amazing.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Honestly I can't think of anything seriously wrong with it. I have not run into any problems with the app.

What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was getting several texts a day about shift covers, shift, swaps, time off request, etc. The notifications for this app I feel are much less invasive and I can take my time responding to them and I feel less stressed on my days off.

It also has eliminated the need to post a paper schedule, as I can just post in the app and everyone can see it easily on their phone.

And since the staff can do their time off, request via the app, I can easily find it on the website, rather than having to search through my texts to see who requested days off.

What do you like best about Homebase?

The communication aspect. I can reach out to whomever whenever. There are places for shout outs, group announcements, and individual messaging

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Clock in is very pinpointed so it makes it hard sometimes. Also it doesn't always allow them to clock in if not schedule inspite of having it as an option.

A hub for time and attendance. And great communication to ensure maximum responses and analyzing engagement. As well as punctuality and productivity

What I like about home base is that it's easy and a lot of great features and its easy to use and I like it because I can communicate quicker send out schedules quick

Nothing at the moment I think it has great things I haven't struggled with it and it's easy so nothing to complain

I like the ease of copying schedules and the intuitive nature of the app. The interface is is also the best that I've seen in some time for scheduling.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

I don't like the mobile app for the iPad. It could be a bit more flushed out. Maybe more fit for the iPad features.

Ease of scheduling and seeing hours easily. Information is easily seen. I also love how time off requests are easy to manage.
