Cost is more and some time taking longer time to resolve the issue

Network connectivity, need more work in this area as some area network is not strong.

Hologram has improved its service over the 4 years I have worked with them. They have improved their portal to give the user better information on the devices in the field and the data consumption of each. They have improved the set up of new devices to speed up deployment. I am very happy I chose to partner with Hologram to deliver data from our on farm devices. They have proved dependable over the past 4 years and I am happy to continue to grow our business knowing Holgram will be the default IOT provider for our company.

I don't have anything negative to say about Hologram. I find them easy to work with and the solution is dependable.

Our devices our located on rural farms so we use Hologram to send data from these devices. Connection can be challenging in some areas and where others have failed Hologram has succeded.

The versatility their products offer really help our business

We had some hic ups in the past with some sim cards and lost commuications for a bit but hologram worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Having sim cards with multiple network capabilities rather than one provider

They do what they promise. Easy to get hold of someone, very detailed portal. Basically solid!

Can't think of any. Maybe pricing can be better but I haven't looked around too much.

We required medical device information to come to us via cell network without the patients having to fiddle with bluetooth or wifi

I enjoy using Hologram because, unlike nearly every other SIM card provider, they are upfront with their costs

Long Shipping times can be a bit slow - This has been amended

Sometimes their support to order more SIM cards is a bit slow, especially if you're ordering a lot.

Don't go through other SIM card companies' hoops where they ask you to fill out a form before using their SIM card.

Use Hologram instead, where you can just order a demo and try it out.

Significantly reduced our COGs

The ability to use a single SIM card to activate service globally. I like the various data plans that can be utilized. Single card helps our service team not have to carry multiple cards.

Slow customer service sometimes. Automated emails to answer questions are frustrating when trying to access a human. Direct support to a person via phone. Phone support.

Solving our cellular service globally to collect data from assets. Single SIM card is key to success. Service team is more productive from carrying less cards.

Quick Activation, Self activation. Ease of activation and quality fast service providers. Simple, easy billing with no monthly minimums on a rarely used device at times. Pay for what you need - when you need it.

No customer support you can call into, HOWEVER, I have yet to EVER need to call someone to get a device activated.

Easy to use platform. Keep costs down.

We had multiple carriers, keeping track of what device was with what carrier. Hologram solved this by providing multiple REDUNDANT carriers, if one goes down we are not sunk. IT will default to other carriers in area. Simple, easy billing with no
