Been with Hockeystack since 2021. Product worked good in the beginning. Haven't used it in a long time.
Now I'm coming back and want to add new domains to the account to properly use it. But it's not possible.
You cannot add domains for tracking anymore, they just won't transfer into the system. So it has become unusable. Two people wrote to their support email adress, their only means of support. One week goes by, two weeks go by, three weeks go by... nothing.

When it works, Hockeystack gives you really good data and shows it in a clean and usable way; but if you cannot use their plattform at all anymore and their support doesn't do anything it does not instill trust.
