What do you like best about Hively?

The customization features allow me to gather data with minimum effort. And it's easy to do multiple surveys, I love that. The landing page design is also nice, it is crucial for me since it will determine whether my clients willing to fill the survey or not.

What do you dislike about Hively?

I love it, it is by far my personal survey tool favorite. I don't have any complaints about Hively.

Recommendations to others considering Hively:

It works well for me and my team. I have tried some survey tools, and I think Hively is one of the best considering the price.

What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Hively to do my survey jobs from my office, it works well and made my jobs easier.

What do you like best about Hively?

Hively is SO easy to use. I can attach it to my email signature - in the form of a smiley, neutral face, or frowning face - to have clients leave feedback on my performance! On their end, it's as easy as clicking one of the faces and then (optionally) putting in written feedback and/or their name. They can also leave feedback anonymously. You can compare feedback between team members as a bit of friendly competition.

What do you dislike about Hively?

That my coworker is beating me in feedback numbers! But honestly, I have no negatives that I can think about for Hively! It's wonderful.

What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hively is helping us improve how we talk to our clients. What did they like? What did they dislike? How am I doing? It gives us easy, quick feedback.

What do you like best about Hively?

You can invite team members to your hive lists, every user can go with the personalized rating, add their email, signature or CRM entities, every time you email a customer they can rate their satisfaction with a single click along with the option to leave detailed feedback and also team members can request ratings after any customer interaction like phone calls, meetings or webinar. Most significantly, the feedback results can be viewed from the dashboard, providing fair analytics and reporting in real-time.

What do you dislike about Hively?

No downside of the platform. It will be great if Hively adds further more smiley features along with customized multiple choice questions. It will be lot easier to get real time response from the clients and improvising the business insights with Hively.

I would suggest Hively to the user who is more concerned about their business and concentrated on customer happiness.

What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly, I am much more satisfied with the platform. Hively has helped me in my work devising the right strategies to improve customer satisfaction. It has led my business to successful marketing campaigns which in-terms provided me with a high, measurable return on investment (ROI), along with employee retention and gathering overall customer feedback.

What do you like best about Hively?

I think I like the design of the website the best compared to other survey website. It is very simple and easy to use for beginner like me. I hope hively keep up the good work!

I often find some problem when I try to access the website, I think hively should uprage their server so user can feel comfortable accessing hively from their computer.

I think hively is very nice services if you have problems of your surveys. At first I also find a lot of difficulties about what should I do about my surveys, but now I feel that it is not a difficult job if we know website like hively

What do you like best about Hively?

Hively is one of the best platform to know the customer feedback for small, midsize and large enterprises. Knowing user experience and customer feedback always helps like attaching real-time rating collection along with feedback collection, customer happiness alerts, team performance leaderboard and rewards management. Hively also allows users to insert their personal rating links in the email signature, like any CRM tools and Incidents tracking systems

What do you dislike about Hively?

Hively available in a monthly subscription option to have all features. If User faces any issue it provides support via email which is traditional way. I would suggest having a Chatbot or Query box where user submits issues an d gets reply immediately based on previous solutions will resolve the issue asap and user feels easy and simple to operate. Other help options that includes FAQs and customer service tips.

Recommendations to others considering Hively:

If I HAD to suggest a recommendation it would suggest to change the font color on the email that we are getting with the client comments. The font color is very pale and small but its still readable.

If I like to know who gave me the rating I do not know or have access to view review and why. It can be options to know what is the feedback and from whom i am receiving it so that I can work on it. If i don't know why or who gave me a bad review it will be difficult in some cases.

What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows customers to provide ratings and feedback comments using a one-click option. The team members gets rewarded points for every rating they receive. The leaderboard option allows users to access the team scores and rank the high performing team members. Hively also provides integration with email solutions (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and SalesForce etc.,) CRM applications and Incident tracking systems.

In other words Hively is one of the best way to collect feedback from customers without having to big trouble and easy to set up.

What do you like best about Hively?

The Surveys service, although for us it is a totally different survey system because it allows me to improve the capabilities of our Company due to reaching more people and asking what we are doing well or what we can improve in order to give our users the best possible quality, I can say that Survey Monkey complies with the survey system for us, its tools are easy and useful, and the implementation of the services is via the web.

What do you dislike about Hively?

With the survey system I have not had any problems, however I think it can improve at certain points because the service has failures. At the time of distributing the surveys, we have received blank surveys, which for us is a It fails because we did not receive the answer correctly, you must improve that part to receive as many responses as possible and not miss any response.

Recommendations to others considering Hively:

I recommend the service because it has worked perfectly We have not had any details about the system and we have not had any type of problem in this regard, it can improve as the negative system of the Blank surveys, however it has done its best to offer the best results We are happy because it has worked very well so far, we have not had any problem with the system regarding the creation of surveys, that is why I recommend such an easy and useful system.

What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do not have any type of problem in this regard and this is why the survey system simply solves the key problems to improve the capacity of our users as well as we have an answer regarding our new forms of presentation because now with these tools it is Much easier to conduct user surveys and ask what we can improve and I love it because now we can be much more specific in what we want to improve.

What do you like best about Hively?

Smart and automatically mail list sending - good dashboard to create the surveys and a responsive design of the mail sheet. The reporting countings are very helpful, we can check easily the satisfaction answers of our clients by single day and of course also per month and period.

What do you dislike about Hively?

Sending by regular mail and not certificated mail brings sometimes issues with it, that the mails are in the incoming unwanted mail folder. Some single clients have problems to answer the survey, by clicking of the buttons on some mobile devices.

What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting a fast and on-time answer from the clients about their satisfaction for the service - quick and smart sending options, they are helping us to reach the client as fast as possible after their purchase to get a real insight.
