The ability to have more than one company profile. I really like the estimate and invoicing features. You can keep tabs on your clients.

UI/UX is pretty good but maybe some elements.

Keeping tab on clientele invoices and sending estimates instead of proposals.

It's not loaded with features that no one will want or really use, just the core of what you need to invoice clients and get paid.

There's not a whole lot to say about dislikes... Occasionally, reoccurring invoices don't get sent out if you screw with the send time (like sending it early.)

Simple and professional invoicing.

I like the uncluttered layout. You can see all your invoices at a glance.

Lack of reports, difficult to navigate to your network to make a simple change while in the middle of editing an invoice.

Great, easy-to-use invoicing software that contains all the functionality of higher-priced invoicing systems such as custom themes, recurring invoices, offline payments, etc.

I am solving the problem of invoicing multiple clients every month.

This software makes sending estimates and invoices so easy! I've been using them for 5 years and have always loved the simplicity and organization. Customer service is quick and awesome too.

The dashboard can be a little confusing and it would be nice to split estimates or something like that, but otherwise they are really good.

Estimates are key to looking professional when being shopped around for a job - people love seeing it all spelled out. And then it's so simple to convert to an invoice!

I like the simple interface. Very user friendly. It is easy to see exactly where a job is in the process of getting paid.

I dislike that sometimes, it’s easy to mess around and delete a whole invoice on accident while in progress.

I’m solving the need to be able to invoice multiple clients who order similar products frequently without having to input those items fresh every time. It really is an efficient invoicing tool.

Hiveage has invoicing, quoting, time tracking, expense tracking and basic reporting of income. Very easy to use, getting an invoice out is quick and simple...meaning you get paid sooner. Plenty of payment integrations available and I've used several with no complaints. I started using Hiveage before it was hiveage, and used it for about 5 years, and for my small freelance business it was perfect. I really liked the timetracker as well so I could track my hours spent on each project. Recurring invoicing was convenient as well. It was really easy to find things, and the user interface is great. Phone app is available as well for managing on the go.

Accounting features are limited, so I recently switched over to something a bit more robust. I also liked it better when they had pricing based on modules you did or didn't want to use, but it's still affordable even with the current pricing structure. Reports were a bit lacking as well, I felt that it really needed reporting capability.

Hiveage is a good starter invoicing system that offers time tracking, quoting, and expense tracking.

For a small business needing simple, easy-to-use invoicing, there's a lot to be liked about Hiveage. For a freelance bussines, I liked that Hiveage was very quick and easy to get set up and going.

Ease of use, clean design and UI. HIveage is easy to use from the outset.

WIsh there was a way to toggle dashboard view over longer duration (ie: to review invoices going back a longer period of time)

Hiveage (used to be called Curdbee) seem to strive to continually update and add new features to the product.

Hiveage is a slick way to invoice simply but also the features to duplicate invoices, send acknowledgements to clients and indeed even add detailed info on payments are amongst the features I love most about this product.
