Hive is a tool that brings together the best of other work platforms into one. It makes it easy to navigate through tasks and graphs that help managers manage their teams and subordinates get an idea of what they are producing. The name Hive really makes a lot of sense. I use it everyday and there is no problem at all with the other apps or sites that we use along with hive, it just compliment. Very easy to guide through and to work with others.
Sometimes the platform tests some new features that end up harming or making our work a little difficult. I'm very pleased with the platform's UI, I wouldn't like any of that to change right now. I also think that some of implementations are good and easy but could cause fewer bugs, for example with Google Meets which rarely notifies me of my calls.
Customer Support could let you know when they are going to test new things and also say whether we want the change or not, if they already do this, I don't know.
The mobile app is not as good as the desktop version. It must have a filter of TODAY for tasks. And the tasks descriptions are always buggy.
With many clients to serve, and many projects in progress, Hive is great for a large team to organize itself and be able to deliver all demands in a productive way. I believe that in my workflow, hive has all the necessary tools for each member to pass a task to another member until we reach an effective final delivery.
Best - HiveMind. Most helpful, free use option.
Least helpful - absence portuguese-br. Not working - use of images generated by HiveMind.
Problems solved - practical use of AI. Benefits - Organize my workflow.
Hive is very easy to use and very easy to customize. I get my tickets every day in my system and it lets me plan everything in a very organized and easy to maintain system. I use it every day and their customer support is incredible. We have integrated into all of our computers in the offices and in the shop floor. Almost anyone can create a IT Ticket,
It would be great if Hive would autorespond or if I could directly respond to the users that are creating a ticket. Another thing is, some of our computers on the floor do not have internet and they cannot access the ticketing system by clicking on the link.
Before I would get text messages, emails and phone calls from people that needed help with their computers, software, phones and access to the building. Now Everyone can create a ticket and I do not forget what needs to be done every day
every one is in under one platform to share things with each other.
Platform of Hive is little tricky. Just want you to work on that.
It is very much benefitial to me because it is sorting my communication problem.
Robust Project management and user friendly interface.
Customer support can be a bit better. At times it takes time to reach out to the team and resolve quick issues.
Hive has been instrumental in overcoming collaboration challenges, offering comprehensive solution that has directly benefited our team's productivity and project management. I will highly recommend it if you are looking to streamline collaboration and enhance project efficiency.
It has all the necessary features to get projects done.
I don't dislike anything. There are only things to like.
Hive gives me the tools I need to make my experience of project and task managemente easy-flowing.
My favorite feature of Hive is called "notes."
Before Hive, my way of taking notes was: write notes in Mac Notes app, transfer to Word, edit, copy action items into an email, email notes along with action items to the team, send individual tasks to appropriate people in project management software.
With Hive, that process is as easy as: write notes in Hive (the entire team can automatically see and contribute to notes in real-time), then right-click any notes that involve action items and choose to the appropriate people to assign. Genius!
Another awesome feature is chat - you can chat with individual team members or groups. If you discuss something that requires action, just drag the chat into a project, and you've got an action assigned! You can also sync your email into Hive. I haven't used that feature, but I assume you can easily turn emails into actions. Many of my team members live in "email land" and didn't want to open up our previous project management software - Hive makes email and project management the same!
I can't believe how many thoughtful and detailed features this software has. We've only been using it a couple months, so I don't even know everything it can do. But it's been amazing for our small marketing department inside a larger organization.
The only thing I don't love about Hive is a vague and hard-to-explain feeling about the way projects are organized. Perhaps I'm just too used to my old project management software after using it for 8+ years, but the way Hive visually displays all my projects just doesn't feel right. I can't put a finger on what isn't right or what I would do to improve it, but it's probably just something I will get used to after I've used Hive for a bit longer.
Before, our team relied on emails and individual members keeping track of projects. Now, I can manage everyone's projects to make sure nothing falls through the cracks or gets lost.
I love the way it allows you to create subtasks within projects, time sensitive deadlines, the ability to collaborate with several members of your team, etc.
Nothing of note at this time. Everything seems to work well and provides me with a functional application experience overall.
The biggest one is it's ability to keep a large team organized even with us working remotely.
It's beautiful, it's easy to use and we have a lot of features
I would love to be able to use GIF in the news section
I did not have a problem
