At best bad business practice and at worst intentional fraud. I bought the service off an ad. Once I got in there was an enforced limitation that was not mentioned on the lifetime deal sales page.

Support initially told me to go read the refunds page which says 'no refunds. And were unhelpful.

Only on threat of a chargeback did they begrudgingly issue a refund and then deducted an admin fee.

You make your own decision but my advice - stay away from them.

hiro.fm is an sound cloud service provider and i purchased it from appsumo

after 8 months of working with them

after making services and more than 100 paid clients ,

they closed my account and my clients account , they said that they blocked the entire country “ Morocco “ because of hackers and attackers.

i asked them will they treated USA or Europe like that if they attacked hiro fm.

And not only website , Even their application is not working for all my clients.

my main IP blocked.

when i tried to reach them they did not answer me at all.

now i must pay my 100 clients back.

i lost my money with them

and

i will start search again for true service provider

do not engage with them , if your business grow and alot of clients wants to hear your audios and you only paid once here in appsumo , they will close your service and tell you any thing , for me they told me that my IP and my clients IP s are dangerous , all of one hundred clients are attackers and me also.
