We've been able to customize the Hiring Thing platform to meet all of our needs. Best of all, the platform is cost effective for us and easy and intuitive for the end user. They also have great support and I love the chat option for help with issues and questions. We also use the HiringThing white label to share our workflows and processes with other companies in our industry.
Some of the best features are a little buried in the settings section, so you'll have to be careful to go through each option very carefully to get the most out of the tool.
HiringThing streamlines our recruiting process into one easy-to-use and manage platform. Without hiring thing, we'd be relying on all of the different job boards to independently manage candidates and job postings, but hiring thing allows us to manage everything in one place.
Ease of use. For example setting up email or my funnel. Also resume parsing saves alot of time.
I do wish the Indeed integration allowed me to switch to the "previous method" of sponsored listings. It only allows for the new way and my company ops to use the old way of paying for sponsored listings.
My company didn't have an ATS when I was hired. So HiringThing is the centerpiece of the recruiting process. No more tracking through emails and losing candidates. Also the founders can login and see my process with "C" level candidates.
I love how professional the application process is. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with others in the backend.
Right now, we really haven't experienced any downsides yet.

I love that you can integrate your HiringThing page directly to your company's website, and that all communication from application to hire can be done within the software!
The job posting sites can be a little limiting as times, especially when needing an "automatic post" to some niche job sites.

The platform is very easy to learn and use. Easy to rate candidates, review resumes and process for hiring.
It didn't integrate with our HRIS properly which required extra work.

The interface is straightforward to use, with lots of tips and help documentation if needed. They have thought of everything related to recruiting and applicant tracking and have included it in their application. Their support/success team is also very responsive and fun to work with.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about HiringThing.
Finding a complete ATS solution to integrate with our HR software is the problem we had to solve before working with Hiring Thing. Once we found HiringThing, it didn't take very long to have their solution working seamlessly with ours.
HiringThing is always open to feedback and suggestions from clients. There are ideas that we have or clients have and they always approach it with a can do attitude. They are also always available, just a phone call, email or slack message away.
We had a few bumps along the way with additional third-party integrations, but we worked through them with the help and support of our dedicated team
We have the benefit of a partner that listens and is constantly looking for new ideas to enhance the product and make the user experience easier for the clients.
The constant development of new and exciting features, the seamless integration with our HRIS system, and the fast responses by the HiringThing team make this a fantastic product and vendor. Ciara and Jennifer are two of the best partners I could ask to have work with me.
I don't have too many dislikes about the system as a whole. Maybe adding a video interview feature or live texting would be a valuable feature to have.

Being able to speak to a service person, they work on the problem and get back to you they take ownership of it. The upper managament is quick to find an answer for everything yoou need.
The messaging and making a template for emails to send. The biggest problem is there is no way to sort them in any way. When you have a lot of templates is it very time consuming to find what you are looking for. When you have your job ready and you go to choose the welcome letter and you click the box and all the templates are there and they arer in alphabetical order so if it can be done there why not when you. go to create one.

our peoplle doing the hiring do not have to go to many different platforms to find their applicants, they are all in one place and sorted my job no matter which job board they applied on.
