"Hiring Program that works"
What do you like best about HireTouch?

Handles the hiring process and keeps track of all of the moving parts.

What do you dislike about HireTouch?

There are a few ways that you cannot search for information that you need to find. It is a bit restrictive in this sense. Also, security can be built so that you can only see searches that you are involved in when you might need to see information that is beyond those searches.

Recommendations to others considering HireTouch:

Works very well! Can pull data from the system as well. Integrating with other programs will enhance the programs ability to deliver information and processes.

What problems is HireTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can validate search information (position numbers, titles, minimums, applicants, etc.)

"Solid candidate management system, but could use a few tweaks"
What do you like best about HireTouch?

This consolidated everything related to the application process. Everything is in one place--the candidates' profiles, resumes, cover letters, other submissions, and personal data. You can manage the application process from anywhere.

What do you dislike about HireTouch?

I find the interface a little clunky. On the main Applicants page you can only access each candidate's materials as separate files; to get a packet of all materials the candidate has submitted, you must click on the candidate's name and go to a separate page. I wish the phone numbers and email addresses, and maybe even current employers, were listed on the dashboard instead of each candidate's individual profile. These changes might make the application easier to use. Lastly, when candidates apply they cannot return to revisit their job application, view the position description, or see a status update. I prefer job portals that include these features since they cut down on phone calls and emails from candidates.

Recommendations to others considering HireTouch:

Give it a shot! We have had a positive experience so far.

What problems is HireTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use HireTouch for all of our job applications. It serves as a dashboard to manage candidates, a repository for everyone's cover letters and resumes, and it completely eliminated paper application forms. It is much easier to use than receiving submissions by email or mail.
