Nothing it didn't have any issues. when I used it it ran smoothly.

This saves a lot of time for recruiter. In my opinion more than 70%.

Even through the concept is really good, it lacks the personal feel to the process. This Automation may sometimes miss the the details that a person can feel while talking to the candidate.
Re-analyze your needs and then decide about this product. If you have a great attrition rate, this and do a lot of pre-screening, this might be helpful.
This speeds up the process of pre-screening of candidates. Saves a lot of time for recruiter and technical person.
HireIQ is easy to use and implement. But it wouldn't be my first choice in case I need help with finding human resources. It has a number of features that are helpful but not my favorite.
The customer support is very poor. They say "will reach back to you" but never did. The glitches happening with software at times, test my patience a lot. To find a particular qualification, the filters won't work making it harder and time-consuming. this makes it less frequently used software.
Before HireIQ, I used to rely on different apps for the recruitment process. One app for resume sorting, another app for sending out emails, and another app for conducting interviews. Definitely, HireIQ made everything available at one place, but they have a lot to improve as well.
This is a good tool that simplifies the interview/interviewing part of the process.
Took a while to get acclimated, and also duration of it could be challenging for some who don't have a lot of time to complete it.
