Platform is easy to use and I like the option to have interview questions be asked in the form of a video. I think this makes the overall candidate experience more personal, which can be hard with one way interview platforms.

Customer service is next to none, I have been blown away with the phenomenal customer service provided by the Hireflix team - they have won my loyalty over through this alone.

I wish there were longer limits to the video responses, even a no-limit video to test how long a candidate takes to make a point. I hire a great deal of salespeople, so leaving the timeframe open and seeing how long (or short) they take to complete a prompt would be great data to have.

For my Staffing efforts it's critical sometimes to have my candidates be seen and heard. I don't aways find that relying on a resume to be the best effort to show job experience, and job interest. Using HireFlix has been a great addition to get this very simple concept done for my team at PostJobMatches By WorkStaff USA. As a business owners standpoint, It's been an upgrade every time we utilize the service, interviews are in word form along with my candidates voice and it works out perfect for written and voice details they share. I'm seeing and believing on each interview.

HireFlix one-way video interviewing is top notch. I don't have any complaints on the system at all. It really does work flawlessly for my team.

It’s solving the problem to decipher wether my candidate is truly knowledgeable on their specific skills and experiences and to also decipher wether they have a true interest in the position.

This is helpful to make the decision on wether to submit them to my client or to pass. Ultimately it helps save time to the submission process and not waste time on candidates that aren’t strong as other prospects.

Competition is real.

The one-way interview allowed me to experience non-verbal communication in an efficient manner (1.5x speed too), and allowed our hiring team to make very informed personell decisions with very little time input. The best candidates were also very impressed for the professionalism that our videos created and all the applicants valued the job opportunity with greater enthusiasm!

There were a couple small internal candidate review issues, but to their credit, their customer service implemented my requests for changes faster than any other tech company I've ever dealt with.

Hiring takes so much time. Hireflix allowed us to save tons of time. We were able to capture (and retain) amazing insights and personalized data from interviewees that was as good as (if not better) than in-person interviewing. We were able to save user videos and their applications and come back later to extend a later opportunity to candidates that stood out.

I love how easy hireflix is from both sides of it. All I have to do is type in the questions and share the link via email and wait for the candiate to interview. No back and forth with scheduling and whos available when. It allowed us to replace a critical position in two weeks flat because all the decision makers were able to see via the interview that this candidate was the one. Customer support is so helpful, but honestly you really don't need any help it is so easy to set up and use within minutes. I really can't say enough good things about HireFlix and I would recommend to anyone who is hiring to use it.

It is very easy to use and in my experience, applicants have less pressure while being interviewed so their answers are more sincere.

People that aren´t used to dealing with technology may find it intimidating.

It lets me interview more people without consuming more of my time, letting me be more productive .

I appreciate the simplicity of the user interface which makes it easy for the indivduals going through the interviewing process and the staff setting up the backend. This is all complemented by the extremely responsive customer support.

The simplicity of the platform means you may need to do some workarounds to match your companies goals but I think the benefits outweigh the negatives.

Our company used Hireflix as one of the 1st screening stages for our high volume role within Customer support. It decreased our time to fill by at least 2 weeks, allowing us to screen the candiates based on their 2 mins answers for 3 questions. Very user friendly, smooth platform wiht no unnecessary info/steps. Straight forward, and therefore fast to setup. I also liked the Reminder function that increased the candidates' participation rate.
