I've hired several engineers and designers across the UK and US from the platform. Most of the candidates on there are actively looking, so they're motivated to interview. The UI is also easy to use
Salary expectations are not always clear, on a few occassions the candidates have asked for more money than their profile suggested which has resulted in a wasted call. Some areas like Product Design don't have high calibre candidates.

You can only use it to source candidates for roles with specific job titles. If the role for which you are hiring does not fit within one of the pre-identified job titles that Hired offers, you cannot use the tool to source candidates. The tool only caters to candidates that fall within a certain range of skillsets.
Hired makes it easy to find highly qualified talent very quickly, and it makes it easy to contact candidates and schedule interviews quickly.
It's the ability to filter for the qualifications I'm looking for in my search. It is a very easy tool to get oriented, create different search queries to source for multiple positions. Once I start the process with hired, it integrates seamlessly with our hiring pipeline tools.

Knowing the salary or range a candidate is looking for is a big one for me. I feel it's super helpful when deciding to reach out to a candidate to know already if we are in the range of what they are targeting to avoid wasting people's time. I also love the high response rates and quickness of those responses, and knowing people on the platform are open and actively looking for work.
With certain positions/skill sets, there is not always a large candidate pool. Still, for the most part, when using the tool for tech recruitment specifically, there are usually pretty solid talent pools.
