"A quick and friendly way to take out home insurance"
What do you like best about Hippo?

I like that Hippo takes a technological approach to home and condo insurance. It offers a complete set of tools to manage customer support.

What do you dislike about Hippo?

Everything about Hippo seems perfect to me, I have not had any problems using this software so there is nothing I don't like.

What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides us with detailed reports and analysis that helps us understand our care performance and identify areas for improvement.

We needed a tool that was easy to use, customizable and fast and Show is one that meets all the characteristics.

What do you dislike about Hippo?

Sometimes it is difficult to find what you are looking for when you already have over 2000 media uploaded.

What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're happy to use Hippo as our central platform for hosting videos and podcast episodes, which we can embed on our website.

Some of the companies that it searches are not the best to get cover from.

It helps me in terms of time saving and money too. Instead of going to all the different companies, hippo does it all for you.

What do you like best about Hippo?

An exceptional product that is simple to use and comprehend. such as the various priority levels and the calendar view.

What do you dislike about Hippo?

Sometimes, it stuck while saving the data of the orders. Except it, there is nothing to dislike.

What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you?

TAT on calls and workload have both decreased as a result of the fact that anyone at my company can enter a work order.

What do you like best about Hippo?

As we all know customer engagement is the key to make business successful. Hippo helps us with saas product to engage customer by live chat support, emails and SMS etc.

What do you dislike about Hippo?

They can improve in terms of support and UI with innovative ideas like AI integration.

What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of the time we need to conversate with customers to better understand the real time issues and feedbacks. It's a software where we got multiple features in one saas only.

they updated it so all the work orders can be viewed at one time the work orders are easy to fill out and close when completed they are also easily searched when needed it is also easy to add or delete work hours

What do you dislike?

i do not really see any down side to it it is a simple program to use its easy to learn and understand and it can easily be taught to other employees it would be nice if the scroll buttons were darker and stood out better

i would recommend it
