The fact that you can't see Hinterview views in the dashboard like you can with Hintros. As an administrator it would be great to be able to filter hinterviews and hintros by User.

There isn't much to dislike about Hinterview. The only change I would make is to have some sort of deadline in place for employers to choose candidates in a faster more efficient way.
We used to have to schedule individual interviews with every candidate which is challenging as we work across multiple timelines. Now, each piece of the process can work in their own time zone!
Emma and Freddie from Hinterview have been amazing, and their training sessions are well-delivered and on point. The tool itself I couldn't rate it highly enough. It's entirely versatile for modern-day recruiting; it can be used in a Delivery type role for interviewing candidates on behalf of clients and headhunting, but also for Business Development and Networking.
No cons for me right now; they are continually improving the tool.
I like the fact there is no the screen recording fucntion.

When we first started with Hinterview, I loved how they were focused on partnership and how we could work together to achieve our company goals. It wasn't just lip service, they have been amazing partners who constantly check on us and make sure we are on track to reach our goals. They give us any support that we need when we need it. The training is fantastic as well. Phoebe Pickersgill does an amazing job with managing our account and being available whenever we need it!
I don't really have any dislikes. There are definitely features that we have communicated with Hinterview and our representative that we would like to see in the future, but no real dislikes
It differentiates us from other recruiting agencies when reaching out to companies or candidates. Makes a cold call into a warm call by putting a face with a name.
The ease-of-use and overall simplicity of the UI makes Hinterview stand apart from the rest. I have on-boarded several members of my team, and I can go from showing them the program to them being an interview pro in a day or two. The ability to get up and running so quickly is largely do to the excellent customer service at Hinterview. Our rep Phoebe Pickersgill has not only guided us through every step of the process but routinely checks back in to make sure we are getting the most out of our partnership.
If there is one Achilles heel of Hinterview it is their processing time. Sometimes the "hinterview bots" can take quite a long time to render a video, and when the program's goal is to easily and quickly send videos waiting five or so minutes for a video to render can disrupt workflow.
Hinterview reduces what we call our "trust gap" with clients and candidates alike. Hinterview lets us show we are real people who are trying to make genuine connections. Hinterview lets us deliver that message and land, whereas with email or Linkedin messaging that personal touch can and often is lost.
Everything.... first, Phoebe and the support team have been phenomenal including onboarding, training, supporting our questions and they are incredibly timely. It is an incredibly effective tool to differentiate from the competition and we regularly get comments about what a great personal touch it adds. It helps us differentiate from the "white noise" and transactional firms in the industry.
I don't see any.... I can't tell you something that I dislike. If it could do my job for me! Or maybe give me contact data that would be incredible but that's not what it's for.
It is an investment but worth it.
We use it to reach out and differentiate, and are looking to use it as part of our submission process to introduce candidates and differentiate the process, as well to make it more personal and help change the candidate and client experience in a positive fashion.
