My teaching staff and families love HiMama because it's easy to use. Even the most technologically hesitant people use the app with ease. On our annual surveys, "communication" has become less of an issue and I thank HiMama for that. We have added staffing and billing to our account, and both have helped us run our center more efficiently. The HiMama staff are some of the nicest people I've worked with! It feels like a partnership.

I would love to see the child profiles become more customizable and easier to navigate. When we have a new family, the child's information is listed in one single column as "special instructions" and it can be hard to find the thing we need when the moment arrives. Having clear categories for contact, medical, feeding/eating, diapering, safety, and maybe a general "about me" section would be amazing.

Joining the HiMama community was one of the best decisions that we have made for our business. If you want an app that is easy to use, with amazing customer service, you should consider HiMama!

We joined HiMama in 2017, and before that, we were making 100+ copies a week for paper report cards. We were required to write two copies of each card, one that stayed here and one that went home. That was a lot of work for the teachers and a lot of paper & ink! Not to mention the frustration of finding report cards laying around the building and even outside on the ground. When we joined HiMama, the report cards became more detailed and it started showing parents how we are teachers and not babysitters. By being able to connect our state's early learning foundations to the activities, families could see that what we were doing during the day was teaching their children important skills needed for kindergarten. The app professionally connects families and teachers. I didn't like teachers privately texting with parents, it was causing a lot of issues and misunderstandings. With the app, families and teachers can connect, and messages are saved to be referenced later, when necessary. I can monitor the conversations, and offer my help to a teacher who feels overwhelmed.

I can't choose. Between the ability to message, see photos and updates, all the features bring peace of mind to parents. Even the ability to screen and check in/out are great.

Sometimes notifications are a bit laggy but otherwise no complaints whatsoever. I wish more centres used the app as we are moving to one that does not - we will miss it.

Not being the daytime caregiver, this app keeps me updated and gives me peace of mind. It has so many useful features, even the ability to see multiple children at once.

That I can see what they are doing in the day and message if I have any questions or concerns. Also the end of day report.

How the picture download off the app and that not all the report has to be filled in daily.

My husband and I both get notifications at the same time and makes communication so much simpler around our toddler's day. its not my job to send him updates.

The daily updates on my grandaughter make me feel like I am watching her grow! I love the pictures, videos, and comments! The emails when something is posted are very helpful. We live several hours away but this makes us feel so much closer and more informed.

I wish the videos were just a bit longer but that is the only thing I would say I wish were different. I love this App!

I appreciate that my daughter was able to add us to have access to the HiMama App. We get to see my granddaughter do so many new things even though we are miles and miles apart.

I loved how user-friendly it is via both phone and computer. In addition, I loved how the app is a one-stop-shop for everything.

Unable to save/download the videos that the school teacher took of the little ones.

HiMama kept me in close contact with the school administration who took numerous picutres and vidoes of my little one on a daily basis.

This app is great. What I like best is that I can respond directly to the email notification. IT'S SO EASY!

Sometimes, I have to log in multiple times, but now that I know my password, it's not a problem.

I get quick notifications about anything going on with the Pre-school...and I never have to search for anything. It comes right to me!

The videos and pictures that teachers upload every other day make me feel so calm, seeing him so happy and enjoying all the different activities. Plus, I feel a closer relationship with the teachers and school, they always answer the messages right away and I can see what their day to day looks like. I love that you can download the pictures and videos in a nice resolution.

Nothing, I believe it's a nice way to communicate with teachers and be up to date with all the activities.

Conventional email sometime takes the teachers a bit longer to check, while with hi mama they reply to your messages right away.

My wife and I love getting photos each day of our little one at daycare!

We don't really dislike anything, but it would be great if there were staff images or a "class roster" so we get to know the other kids better.

Encourage your Daycare team to be active with HiMama. Post schedules, activities, photos, etc...

It makes it easier to be away from our child and stay in tune with her progress and development. We learned that she is a potty training star at daycare!
