Not only is it more sustainable than traditional business cards, but it also has been a great business development tool for us. Being able to link incoming contacts with our CRM has been great in allowing us to manage leads more effectively. It's also just so easy to use and edit, the interface is so clean and intuitive. Overall, it's been easy to implement across our team with very little training needed.

Nothing so far. It's unfortunate that on Apple devices contacts have to remember to save the contact correctly because I feel we have lost out there but that’s not a HiHello issue.

We initially joined HiHello as a sustainability initiative in an effort to reduce waste. With the added features of HiHello, it has become a powerful business development tool for us, however.

It creates a great email signature that looks professional. Great app that allows you to track how many people have saved you to their contacts.

Can be difficult to implement for those who are not as tech-savvy.

The user experience to build the cards and use them is appreciated as not all people are technologically gifted. Plus I realy like that you culd write your own digital card if you wanted.

We are a green company and so removing the need for business cards is a positive step for us. Plus you always have your phone with you, so no more saying "sorry I am out of cards now"

HiHello is super easy to use and set up. They even have backgrounds that can be used for video calls. I also like that you can add PDFs or video to your digital card with little to no efforts. I can also which cards in our organization get the most usage which is really helpful.

We are remote company so having digital cards is ideal it also allows us to update the cards without always having to reprint a huge box of cards that never really get fully used.

HiHello makes it easy to connect with prospective and existing clients. It hacut back on the back and forth calling to get people to book an appointment and makes it very convenient to pass on referrals and my business card.

The website and app are easy to navigate. The HiHello team is always there to assist with questions. There are a ton of features to choose from when creating your digital business card. It's easy to integrate and implement your card into email platforms.

There isn't anything I dislike about HiHello.

It solves the problem of having to remember your business cards at every event or occasion. Now, with just a click of a button, I can connect with others instantly.

I think it's the best way to walk the talk regarding sustainability for your business. It's always a conversation starter at conferences and is one way we put this value out front. With titles and contact information changing so much, HiHello makes it so easy to update your information. I also love the email signature feature.

I wish there were more ways to customize the design of the cards with your respective business brand.

The only downside is dependence on both parties having the application.

I have not found anything that I dislike.

I used to hate having to buy and carry around business cards that inevitably end up in a drawer. HiHello's digital card ends up going directly into the receiver's contacts.
