Its easy for the employees to see their overall benefits as well. The home page also give access to employees to our company's internal blog. Customization is a core element for us as a fast growing organization its nice to have an HRIS provider that we can taylor to our changing needs whether these are for new benefits, relocation or education programs

Overall, Hibob is a sound HRIS system. However, my main feedback would be to align it with google calendar so that when i set up catchups with employees, the system automatically sends out the calendar invites and also have the option for these catchups to be recurring. Another point is that the Line-of sight-visibility is not very good. Specifically, it's a bit confusing when i search for N-2 goals or performance reviews, in most cases, i need to search employees by name, it would be better if I could select to see all employees with the same N+2 manager.

Its helpful as it's a one-stop solution for storing employee data and documents. Also, booking and tracking leave and performance and many others. The core differentiator is that you can easily customize it unlike BambooHR

Nobody on our team needed help whatsoever in figuring out what Hibox does and how to use it. That was a great start. What I really like best is that I'm at 'inbox zero' every day now. By moving away from email as a form of communication to the chat and task creation method I've reduced the number of emails I need to answer by 90% (really!). I'm saving roughly 50% of the time I used to spend on team communication, which has opened my day up to work on building my business. We're way more effective now as well. Now I know exactly what's been done and when, so no more weekly meetings to ask if everything has been completed. It's just amazing how Hibox made my company better overnight. We've tried about 10 similar products over the years and all of them failed for one reason or another. I'm so happy about Hibox I took the time to write this review.

There's not really anything to dislike, so I'll nit pick to answer this one. When I assign a task to someone using a DM I still need to assign the task to that person. 95% of the time that person will be assigned the task, so it should auto-populate for that. Not a big deal, but had to come up with something.

When Covid-19 hit we hit on a team communication solution that I think is pretty common. Slack for chat, Asana for task management, Skype for calls and chat, tons of emails when someone is not on Skype, and Zoom for external meetings. That's five software products to sign up for, pay for and use - all the while going back and forth trying to figure out where that document went or if someone received a task. Now that we use Hibox, we literally don't use any of the other software I mentioned. Life is much simpler this way.

We're solving a disjointed team communication strategy. Previously team communication happened mainly via email and Skype. Hibox is way faster efficient and has essentially done away with our weekly meetings where I need to run through my list of tasks and ask if each has been completed. I was in the dark before and now everything is very clear. Another way we're using Hibox is by creating a 'Stream' for some of our customers. This way we're able to communicate directly with them for onboarding and any additional work. They love it because they get resolution to their issues much faster and with more accuracy than they used to. I just saves everyone time all around.

I love being able to work with this platform because it helps us to increase in a prolonged way the way we can manage each task and have a greater focus on the organization of the calendar and good development in each of the projects carried out on time, thus obtaining progress in each object of the company, to be able to improve in each chat in this way to have better communication with each group or with each colleague individually, thus achieving an extraordinary scope in the company to be able to have a better quality of results, they also virtually assist us since it has the highest function of artificial technology to help create or assign each task correctly.

It doesn't have any disadvantages and I couldn't say that I dislike the application because it allows us to make great progress in each step to improve communication in each of the teams.

I recommend it in all its scope since it shows us that we can advance more attentively and simply because it helps us to have great innovation in technology and that each development can have an unlimited advance to manage a good moment in the company.

It allows us to have better communication with each of our co-workers virtually and thus be able to advance in each of their collaboration tools since it improves our chat, each of the task management allows us to have a good integration of completely and the development of each one is very efficient.

The most helpful about Hibox is business chat and video calls. The upsides of using Hibox is that the software is really secure. Security is a very important part of any product now and this really help customers to be fully secured in terms of data. File-sharing feature is also very good for this product.

The least helpful about Hibox is that sometimes the software might takes too much time to work well if there is very less speed of the internet. With that, internet connection should be very fast to use this software at its best. The downside of using this software is that it might be too costly for someone who does not have budget to take the paid version.

The advice for people who considering Hibox is that you can create a team for free. So I certainly recommend to use this feature of this software. In addition to this, Hibox can be used from anywhere and this really helps customers to connect from anywhere. The security is also really good for this software as the software is really very secure.

Hibox solves many business problems such as group video chat which is really helpful for an organization. People can meet face to face and this video chat feature is really helpful for the users. The benefits which I realized is that it has own person AI assistant. It really solves many problems and gives solution to the customers. Moreover, you can create a team for free. This is really useful for new customers and they can really use this software first.

What I like best about Hibox is that Hilbox is very appealing to me since it combines personal and collective duties into a single application. It is indeed simple to use, and the design is really dynamic, so tasks don't just appear as loads, but as a list of items to do where you can cross off what you've completed as a game, as you can choose who it refers to and the expiration. He's having a great talk. It's simple to arrive to work on Monday and manage a segregated workforce.

Lo que no me gusta de hibox es que carece de algunas funciones que son esenciales en esta clase de paginas web, y tambien faltan algunas herramientas esenciales que nos podrian brindar un mejor manejo de esta pagina web y nos ayudaria mucho que incorporaran dichas funciones de accesibilidad a la pagina web, lo que tampoco me gusta de hibox es que en algunas ocaciones tienen publicidad que es un poco insistente en que la observemos

me a resuelto una serie de inconvenientes en el trabajo, uno de ellos es facilitarme la informacion que necesito para realizar las distintas tareas que debo hacer y que en ocaciones se me olvidan, otro problema que me ayuda a solucionar es cuando no puedo asistir a una reunion importante solo me basta con hacer una videoconferencia y asi estar al pendiente de todo, y gracias a este tipo de problemas es que me he beneficiado de hibox

There is nothing that I dislike about this application, of all the applications that I have tried to increase the productivity of the agency this is my favorite, without emabargo for those who are not familiar with a task management application it can be a bit difficult to handle it at the beginning
