"The BEST platform and customer service!"
What do you like best about HeyOrca?

I was looking for a simple social media scheduler to work with, pretty to look at and fit all of my clients' accounts on one page. I wanted a month-view calendar and HeyOrca had exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is quick and has always helped me figure out any issues I've come up against. I use this platform every day and recoommend it to other social media managers on a regular basis. Connecting HeyOrca to social media channels is simple. LOVE!

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

The only reason I might not have chosen HeyOrca is the price, but I've learned over the years that you get what you pay for! It is worth the investment, in my opinion.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

HeyOrca keeps my posts organized and keeps me on track. Whenever I have a question with my account, the customer service team is SO helpful and so quick to answer questions.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

Planning from the calendar and being able to easily access media for posts makes HeyOrca a delight to use. The simplicity and easy-to-navigate GUI really make HeyOrca stand out.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

Sometimes when tagging or linking profiles in a post, HeyOrca doesn't find the person/page so I have to go back and edit my post later in the social app to tag the appropriate entities.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using HeyOrca to speed up my social media posting, allowing me more time to work on developing campaigns and exploring the data and metrics. It is a "must have" for any person like me who is the entire Marketing Department.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

Love how my client-authorization process is more efficient ever since I use HeyOrca! Its so simple for our customers to use. Every time I've had a problem the support team comes with a solution within a few hours. Migrating from the past SAAS was so easy we've even forgot how to use it. It has the right number of features a Social Media Agency needs. I fully recommend it!

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

The Mobile App should include all the features you see in the web version. Integrating things like polls and PDF's for LinkedIn would be usefull.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

So many things. I manage multiple channels with multiple approvers and HeyOrca's system for approvals is easy and seamless. It's one of the most use friendly plaforms I've used. I also really appreciate all the contant addition of features that improve the platform and help me work more efficiently. Everything from scheduling reels and stories with direct publish, to scheduling collaborations, to AI caption options, to easy crossposting features. Also, I rarely have any problems, but when I do the HeyOrca customer support team is easy to connect with and always very quick to resolve the issue even going above and beyond to help. I also appreciate the social inbox and reporting features so that I can manage all of our social media from one place. Overall, I can't recommend HeyOrca enough to anyone working with multiple channels and needing feedback/approvals on posts particularly in an agency type setting.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

I feel like the reporting could be a little more robust. Also, the social inbox doesn't allow for just "liking" Instagram comments. Not deal breakers by any means, but would be nice to have.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to HeyOrca our scheduling platform was not the most user friendly and it was a little clunky switching from one calendar to the next. Also, their was minimal customer support and we had problems with posts not being published and not being notified. All of this has been eliminated by using HeyOrca. Having the ability to schedule things like Reels and Collaborations, and using AI to help with captions is definitely a time saver and I really appeciate these features.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

HeyOrca!'s product is great, but the Customer Support team is what makes the whole experience exceptional. Thety're curteous, responsive and efficient. No problem is too small and they truly care about their clients.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

Overall I thikn the UI could use some improvements and thee are limitations when looking at analytics, which we know is mostly driven y the third party's API constraints. Nothing major.

Not only is HeyOrca highly intuitive to learn, but what I appreciate most about them are the continuous updates and online trainings. HeyOrca is essentially an extension of your team. They offer the latest updates on all the major social media platforms which save you time. With HeyOrca, the more you invest in these updates, the better your social media efforts will perform. With that said, what else can you ask for?

Constantly updating with new features, and you let us know about what's coming up. You are one of only 3 newsletters that I genuinely enjoy and look forward to opening. In your case, it's because you back it full of so much helpful content!

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

Analytics for Twitter and Linkedin aren't great or always accurate. There are some annoying features I've shared with the team (e.g. boxes (like Hashtag library) not closing just by clicking outside the box -- you have to actually click the close button) in the past that still haven't been changed or fixed.

Ease of client communication. Making it easy to set and forget posts be scheduling/copying across platforms.

HeyOrca is extremely useful and easy to use with project teams. They continuously make updates and share info via social media, newsletters and through helpful webinars. I've learned a lot using the service and highly recommend-- helps take hours away from my work!

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

Theirs staffis outstanding, especially their customer services. Everyone I've worked with has been knowledgeable and helpful. I usually can get someone on chat pretty quickly.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

Sometimes I can't see what I have scheduled in Meta Business Suite. Every now and then I have to go there. I would be nice if to see if HeyOrca could pull in those posts.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

HeyOrca really is helping me get my day back! I don't have have to go back and forth between social media websites (usually). I also ADORE the AI captions. What it puts out is so much better than what I can do.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

Yes, the software is great, and we are using for our agency, but more importantly, the PEOPLE at HeyOrca have been lovely to work with. We've been working with Julia Farrell who has been so helpful in troubleshooting any issues, answering questions and overall, just being an absolute delight to work with. We've tried so many other companies for scheduling and the last one we were on we decided AGAINST bc their customer service was non-existent. Julia won the business from us.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

There are a few limitations on the software, such as very low character count for TikTok captions, and there are a few bugs such as creating multiple profiles every time we reconnect or reauthorize the account. So far, Julia has been able to troubleshoot or provide clarity on each issue we've brought to her.
