I love heymarket. The campaigns, group texting and sharing between users are awesome and work great. Support has been good too. It was ease to implement into our team. We use it every single day. It intregrates well with our business.
It signs out quite a bit on me and the page struggles to load on occasion in my browers.

Heymarket does all of those items- just as promised!
There have a few bugs that have been slow to resolve, such as the unread message bug. I also wish we would've been more aware that international texting was not available.

I really like that Heymarket is very easy to use. You can see a major difference using heymarket vs other companies. I told my friends about it and we all use it.

The support during our implementation phase has been excellent. Gio is always available to jump on a call if there are any issues or questions I have with our Hubspot integration and automation settings. Siemone, our implementation manger ensured our set up and number porting process went smoothly and has been available to help brainstorm solutions and provide advice.
The reporting features, while an excellent start, could be expanded to provide more insight into SMS failures by user and type. The huspot reporting solutions also only work if you have a hubspot account that supports custom objects (which ours unfortunately does not).
We use HeyMarket to automate our SMS through Hubspot workflow rules and for conversational support with our prospective students.
Heymarket has made my job easier by allowing me to send out multiple, mass messages at once. You can utilize it on your phone or computer, which is another convenience with my busy schedule. It is easy and user-friendly and I would recommend others using it as well.

Their pricing model is smart... they're not here to bleed you dry, rather empower your business. The other unique component of this tool compared to all the competing platforms is the ease of on-boarding. My pet peeve is companies that hav a barrier for entry. I need to move in, test the platform and run around before I can commit to paying you. Heymarket does that REALLY well. And then of course, the no nonsense Apple Business Chat integration. We searched 6 different vendors to see if we could elevate our patient experience by integrating Apple Business Chat into our workflow, and all the tools are just overly complicated and not smart... they're put together like a boat with barnacles on it, fragments conglomerated together that aren't thought through... ZenDesk, Liveperson, Microsoft Teams... all mediocre solutions to solving this problem elegantly.
***UPDATE: it's now been 3 years and Heymarket is going strong in our pracfice. I tried multuple "Smart Patient engagement" tools... fired them all after a year. I tried to get into the "big" players workflows (ZenDesk etc.) and had to pay a therapist to undo the trauma from using their overly complicated painful systems.
Enter Heymarket. They saved us... multichannel chat, simple, productive, clean and always updating. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. Such a jem of a company.
Nothing, so far... and as an experienced tech surgeon, I anticipate it will stay that way!

We love how user-friendly it is for our employees. We know our guests really appreciate all of the communication that we're able to do specifically through our web chat that help answer questions about tickets, upcoming events, and membership status. We are grateful for the folks at HeyMarket that have helped us to improve HeyMarket for our team.
There honestly isn't that much that we wish Heymarket did differently. We wish that Heymarket would have integrations with ActiveCampaign so we could use it with our email platform more. I know there's a Zapier integration. But we would love to see interaction with sending text messages through ActiveCampaigns program.
We are using HeyMarket for several inboxes. We use it for our web chat, membership office, HR office, and most recently for our weddings and private events. SMS marketing helps with any news we're trying to get out to potential clients, prospect employees, and guests we interact with. It really helps with our conversational support, for example if someone is trying to swap out their tickets to another day - it's easier for them to text in our company than to make a phone call. Texts are just easier and seem faster for the guest!

We're a university, so texting is key. We've been able to set up several key offices with texting capability using our landline number to keep in touch with students (both they reach us and we reach out to them).
Heymarket can't fix AT&T, so AT&T has frequently been the trouble link when getting service initiated. Once it's going, though, it's solid.
