They have only considered current popular platforms like slack, notion, and widely used other services like gmail, google, chrome and safari...there are so many companies still using legacy services. for them Heyday should start supporting more integrations.Also it takes bit of time to start using it...needs some learning, they could have been reduced with proper deailed instructions guide.
It does create beautiful information that can be used to write follow up emails to our past leads and past accounts, also it pulls out information very quickly that we can share with our top management. It serves as chatbot/helpdek or virtual assistant whenever we need to give information quickly to our customers.
