The fact that HeyBubble is so simple to use. It’s just an uncomplicated chatting application with easy to set up chat window. The dashboard is clear and intuitive. It supports useful features like Groups, Page Tagging, Chat Invitation.

Doesn’t stand out. There are only a few standard live chat features; no integrations and reporting is very basic. Long signup form, only basic live chat features, too expensive, outdated design interface.

It offers only basic features, basic reporting, and no integrations. Therefore, I would recommend it to small businesses that does not require fancy features.

This product is really good for live chat especially to us that has many customers are inquiring. As well as communicating inside and outside the company.
