The best this about Heybase is that it helps get a much higher open and view rate for a sales & marketing proposal that invariably loses traction in the first step of customer outreach.
There are many good things about Heybase but there is always room for improvement. I'd personally like to see a more customized UI/UX and I'd like to see more integrations across all plans.
The biggest problem that Heybase solves is that it helps organise all documents, attachments and image /video files into the platform, hence, eliminating the need for attaching such docs in the email and thus rendering it ineffective.
I like Heybase's simplicity and flexibility.
None at the moment, but I would like to see more varieties for modules and elements that can be incorporated in the slides.

I'm a little fussy when it comes to UX. Heybase has tried to be modern in the design of their service and I feel that some of the design (such as drop shadows and rounded corners) detract from the UX and do not add to it. I'm not arguing for command-line blandness but I am suggesting that careful 'debranding' of the product offering could be the best trend for this product.
I save time by using Heybase. Whenever I want to get something done fast I come here because the boilerplate solutions suit my needs well. I will certainly be recommending them to my work friends.

With Heybase it is possible to keep track of my current offers and proposals while having an eyepleasing experience for my clients. I like the UI and also that it helps me not forget what to include during a sales pitch.
It's quite new and sometimes I do miss some features found in likes of Hubspot that save me precious time. But for the current pricing it's still better than working with MS Word and even EXCEL.
It's time saving and keeps me on track with current deals. I love not relying on my local folder sand love the sharing ability.

Heybase makes presales easy, sales calls easy, and post sales easy. I have a page I send to prospects, have a page they go through with me on sales calls, then a version of that page that reflects what we talked about on the call. Great software and being able to put it on your own domain makes it way more valuable
