Hexfit is a goal tracking software that allows healthcare professionals and physical activity trainers to offer the best healthcare and training content to individual clients. It also helps users to monitor their clients’ activities and optimise performance throughout the entire journey. The software comes in two different modules. The first is the goal tracking module that enables users to monitor their clients’ objectives so as to improve the success rate. This module also helps to track all file notes, graphs, data, periodisation, assessments, calendars and more, from a central location. Another is the profession-specific module that enables professionals from various healthcare and fitness areas, such as Kinesiologist, Nutritionists and Personal Trainers, to use Hexfit. The software comes with 9000+ exercises that can be used by professionals to create both simple and complex training programs. Moreover, trainers can even create their own recipes to make food plans, offering easier recommendations to clients about practices they need to follow.
