Deliver Incredible Buyer Experience
Vivun's commitment to their customer's success is what has stood out from day one. Access to their team and their ability to quickly resolve any concerns is the top reason we have continued to invest in their products.
Their solution is easy to implement, configure and easy to use and the aforementioned customer success team ensures that is the case. They aren't just there during the initial implementation but provide continuing support throughout the lifecycle.
We use Vivun all day every to run our teams operations. The necessary features to do so are all in existence and continue to expand and improve at a fast pace.
Being natively integrated with Salesforce ensured the Solution Consulting organization's data could be shared with the greater company.
They are creating not just a product but a segment. At times this can be challenging as being on the cutting edge has challenges.
PreSales Management has allowed us to run the organization as a business and provide the data collected in the field to other business units.
Demo Automation has allowed us to scale the team to better meet our goals and objectives
A specific tool that our team can do their PreSales work in. Salesforce was not a great fit for us and all the specifc parts that we need for our PreSales team can be done in Vivun
While we have complete control in Vivun with Vivun setup, when we want to add something custom to Vivun, that comes from Salesforce and at least in my organization, I do not have access to edit this so it takes a little longer to add custom fields into Vivun. We still accomplish this often, it just takes longer.
A specific tool for our PreSales teams that helps us get better at the tecnical win process and tracking product gaps
Easy of use with lots of data flowing from Sales Force to enable the addition of sales engineering data to opportunities.
Some of the search features - if the account information is not entered exactly in Sales Force or something is mis typed, it can be hard to find in Vivun. If there was a sounds like search option that would be very helpful.
Ability to link and report out acitivities and product gaps clearly to other stakeholders in the company
Vivun is built with PreSales in mind, it has everything our team needs to ensure their activities are tracked, view how deals are progressing, and it allows us to quickly view Hero Scores to help in our sales forecasting. The hero scores are explained in detail, which is great so we can tailor our apporach to the deal. The calendar integration is a huge time saver for our team, and the ability to support metrics that our Executive Leadership Team needs to know has proven to be worth its weight in gold. We were able to develop both team member scorecards and reporting metrics for product, finance, sales, and other stakeholders based off the simplicity of the system.
The implementation of the project was seemless and fast, and our regular checkins with our CSM help keep us on track, we always are able to see how we should utilize the product better based off their experience as well as the ability to see all the new features they are coming out with. The post sales team there is always willing to jump on a call and show our team members new features, or help us re-train/re-focus.
We are consitantly exploring new ways to use the tool across functional teams because of the power it brings to our team.
I am not sure how we were able to perform our jobs effectively without a tool like Vivun Hero, its been a truely great partnership
The analytics in the platform could be improved, but they give us all the data we need to write our own reports. I know they are working on a more in product dashboard. This is a minor issue as like I said we have all the data we need to write our on visuals and reports.
Vivun helps us solve a number of challenges that we historically had around ensuring our team was providing the right value to the rest of the organization, and ultimately moving the needle on deals.
Some of the areas we have focused on are:
- Activity Tracking
- Product Gap Reporting
- Executive Reporting
- Deal Forecasting
The toolset in Vivun allows us to easlly accomplish all of these.
The Vivun solution has been absolutely critical in giving Presales leadership a real view into the activities taking place, and the total time spent, in pursuit of opportunities -- metrics we could only guess at with the tools previously at our disposal. It's been easy to use, and allowed us to quickly deploy it to the team with minimal training.
It's hard to call out anything that I truly "dislike" because of how it has empowered the individual contributors on my team. If there's an area I would like to see improvement, I have some specific reporting requests to better enable team leaders to ensure that we are ingesting as much data into the system as possible.
Currently, Vivun is giving us efficiency metrics that are vital to driving capacity planning and quantifying our role in the entire sales lifecycle. Our next step is to better leverage Vivun's ability to capture vital feedback from the field and communicate it back to our product teams.

Vivun empowers our SEs to have an incredibly tight relationship with our sales team and makes them feel part of the larger organization as a whole. We are capturing such valuable information about WHY our customers are buying our products and allow our team to drive the product roadmap and increase revenue.
Honestly nothing. We wished for a demo automation tool and we're about to purchase consensus but are planning to use Vivun One instead. Great job!
