"I love HelpOnClick and it's very easy to use"
What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

I have been able to use it efficiently and assist so many customers with this software. I love it because it's super easy to use for me as well as for the customers. It's easy to integrate into the website and add or remove users from it. Also, I was able to make canned responses to answer customer queries quickly. I have been able to use it regularly and help customers. Also, customer support is very helpful, they always help to understand the features better.

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

Sometimes, I forget to put offline status when I go somewhere, and I would miss the customer chat. I wish it would automatically put me offline when I go for a break and my computer is asleep.

What problems is HelpOnClick solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's providing me a great solution for the customer support queries.

What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

It's effortless to use and easy to link to the website. It helps to address customer queries on live chat efficiently and helps to increase sales and services. I have got good feedback for this tool from customers, as it's user-friendly and easy to use. It was easy to integrate into the website.

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

I sometimes had a bit of trouble in using Google Chrome; however, it's easy to manage and doesn't affect the experience. I like the product overall.

Helponclick is a great live chat platform for all kinds of organisations and firms. This has plenty of support features and instantly answers all the queries of a person.

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

Sometimes the response time is bit slow and also more advanced features can be added to it to make it more powerful tool . This will make the tool more popular .

What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

1. I like the fact that it offers integration with most commonly used website development platforms and content management systems like WooCommerce, OpenCart, XCart, Magento and Wix.

2. Next thing which I appreciate the most about it is its offerings in the free plans which makes me feel comfortable while consulting to a client or even when drawing a comparsion with other live chat apps like Tawk.to.

3. It truely is a no-mads cup of tea as its easy to integrate with E-Commerce platforms.

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

1. I don't like their customer support that much and I truely feel they can be more proactive in providing solution when it comes to integration the app with CRM systems like Zoho and Salesforce.

2. Considering the application of the app the use case is huge but free plan doesn't offer greater scalability which is a bummer.

What problems is HelpOnClick solving and how is that benefiting you?

To allow visitor to give voice to their concerns so the backend team can promptly act upon them.

What do you like best about HelpOnClick?

It has advanced chat options for a more optimized customer service, it works anywhere I find my computer and no phone to always be in contact with my clients, it has a virtual agent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. week, HelpOnClick answers any of my questions instantly

What do you dislike about HelpOnClick?

It would be interesting to assign a sound system for each call, for example: my colleagues with a "A" sound and customers with a "B" sound, this to help distinguish when I am doing other different activities and I can know in advance if it is a colleague or a client

It fits small and medium-sized businesses, has easy installation without knowledge of professional programming exclusively for business clients and is perfect for clients looking for a communication option with clients for free and transparent

We decided to try Helponclick for a year on the recommendation of one of our clients and our team is satisfied with the ability to configure this software with great ease and the ability to chat from anywhere.
