I love how user-friendly this system is. They have a great team that will get back to you very quickly if you have any issues or problems.
I would love to see more training videos to help newbies understand the system.
Absolute best system to run a float center or a float room or two if you have them.
The thing that I like the most about HelmBot is that it is continuously improving. Anytime I've submitted a question, needed help, or had a feature idea, the team is always quick to respond and provide solutions.
There's very little that I dislike about Helmbot because improvements constantly happen.
You won't be disappointed, Helmbot does everything you need it to, and if they don't offer a feature, it's because they're working on it for the next update.
Helmbot has helped me to streamline processes at both of our spas. We use the (searchable!) Guide to document all procedures and assist with training new employees. We use the Projects to manage everything from daily operations and our weekly deep clean to marketing and administrative procedures. HelmBot's automations and task generators keep everything moving and helps me feel confident that nothing is slipping though the cracks!
Helmobot is VERY user-friendly and intuitive. Easy to navigate and keep updated! Also, they are constantly improving everything on the back end and launching new features.
I honestly can't think of anything right now. I'm a massive fan of this company. I often wear my helm shirt. (Just trying to paint a picture of how stoked I am about this company)

Ease of use for management, employees and clients. Things are where you would expect them and that makes their software intuitive and easy to learn for new employees and clients. I also love that they not only have schedulling for clients, but for employees, an ongoing digital logbook for our team to have discussions in, a manual section as well as a task managment system to help guide employees on what work needs to be done during different shifts and to help with ongoing projects. Also their customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful.
This may sound cheesy, but I hate that I waited so long to fully switch over to HelmBot. I was worried about losing customer information during the transfer, but the handover was seamless and a big success. The only other complaint I currently have is I would like better mobile friendliness or an business app.
We are able to identify issues and brainstorm solutions throughout the week with the Logbook that functions as an in-house chat tool. We can then use the Task Manager to help employees understand what needs to be completed at any given time, including ongoing and one-time projects. We have reduced the number of pieces of software we use by switching to HelmBot, it brings so many different tasks into one piece of software. (client scheduleing, employee scheduling, tracking in-house metrics such as sanitization levels, task managemnt, group discusssions, business manual, etc.)

Their customer service team is excellent and my customers have an easy time booking appointments online.
Needs better reporting tools (especially for products) and wish it had more AI functionality that could help me fill my slower times and days.

If you have multiple services you offer, Helmbot allows your customers to view all of them in one screen and makes it easy for them to book additional services.
We didn't realize we were losing customers when we had MindBody Software. Customers would get frustrated and stop the booking process.
Now customers have an easy time booking and seeing all of our available services that our cross-selling services has increased a lot!
The team is incredibly responsive for help
I wish that there was an easier way to create bundled appointments with two or more services at a special package price.
They have a demonstration service too and you can test it out with a fully functional dummy acct

As it is built by floating people for floating people it is uniquely tailored for floating businesses. The system is very user friendly and their customer service is exemplary

I love that I can have everything in one place - bookings, water readings, reports & customer details. This leaves more time for other parts of the business like marketing.
You can submit a question or product feature within your portal, and they generally get back the same day. I have seen our ideas implemented and enjoy the consistent growth.
You won't find integrations into google or other apps.
I like that scheduling our employee shifts, time clocks, and other tools are integrated into our client scheduling software.

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.
We would also love to have the ability to style the automated emails, add our logo and some colours etc.
When it came to finding the right booking system, one of the most common issues we found was the lack of ability to build custom packages and discounts that match the way we wanted to run our business.
