I would appreciate the ability to pull work experience directly from LinkedIn automatically - it would increase usage of the platform and save users time. As of this review, this feature wasn't available.
Make sure you have executive sponsors on board with implementing the platform. Incentivize the use of the platform with your various business unit leaders. Create rewards for users (like a gift for the month's highest receiver of high fives). High adoption is key to success.
Previously, our company announcements, kudos (high fives), and other information was captured in many different places. HelloTeam helped us consolidate that important info into one place/platform.
Easy to use, and very intuitive. Rewards are also great and easy to collect. Happy with the HelloTeam app!

I do not see anything that I do not like so from the platform so far.
Keeping track of the ongoing events or celebrations. With the dashboard, I can now greet my colleagues during their birthdays and work anniversaries.

This was an incredibly easy implementation. Erik at HelloTeam has held our hand the whole way through. I was concerned when we chose this tool that it would be one more thing to figure out and administer. But it couldn't have been easier. Our employees are really embracing the High Five functionality too!

Performance Evaluations have been 1000% easier for HR to manage and employees are happy to have a tracking tool.
As someone in a manger role, I enjoy having access to the my team tab and I enjoy being able to discuss my direct reports performance in the HT platform
Some more personal customization would be nice to see on the homepage / dashboard
This is a great tool to use as a manager as I am able to easily track my team’s performance, their goals, and discuss progress in one on one meetings. I am saving hours of time having an all inclusive platform to monitor my team’s performance. I was using spreadsheets and word documents to organize this in the past and HelloTeam has made this process easier than ever!

Made it easy for my team to recognize each other for a job well done. They were able to reward individuals as well. Kept track of work anniversaries, transfers and even retirements.
The only thing I can say I dislike is the extreme differences between the performance, pro and engagement packages.
I like to be able to view employee profiles. Also the interactive org chart was awesome. Working in education people change positions all the time so it's good to be able to look at the organization chart with one click.
