easily sign any document digitally and send it to another party for signing and reviewing. It has great features and can integrated easily with your applications.
I don't have any bad experiences at all.
it's good that I don't have to print and fax it.
One of the standout features is the seamless document-sharing process with clientsand how easily it can be incorporated with every other document. They can sign without the need for a cumbersome and frustrating account creation process, which helps me to use it daily. This feature has truly transformed our client interactions. The platform's intuitive and easy interface simplifies the process of indicating where signatures and other fields should be placed and that is why I find it so easy to place it on a document. Dropbox Sign's customer support is second to none. Any questions or issues we've encountered were promptly and effectively addressed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
There can be occasional glitches in the placement of signature boxes when creating a document. While these glitches are typically minor, they can cause some inconvenience and require manual adjustments.
Dropbox Sign streamlines the process by allowing digital signatures, reducing the need for physical paperwork. It simplifies the client experience by allowing signing without complex account creation and it integrates seamlessly with other Dropbox services, simplifying document management and storage.
Choosing from different signature options, such as typing, drawing, or uploading an image of my signature are excellent Dropbox sign features.
Dropbox sign support has slow response times. Dropbox sign support provides unhelpful responses
It saves my time and money by eliminating the need for printing, scanning, faxing, or mailing documents.
It improves my productivity and efficiency by streamlining the document workflow. I can track the progress of my documents, send reminders, and receive notifications when they are signed
You can do signing also on mobile this is really good
A bit expensive compare to other signing applications
There is a customizable templates to send forms so it will not waste your time doing the same thing
I love Drop Box. So easy to add all kinds of documents to send to employees, managers or Finance companies.
You can add a document and add your signature where needed, add lines for all parties to sign and add the document; exactly where you need to sign.
Not really a negative, but wish they had the option to add 1 signature and give it the amount of times, we need to have the customers signature in the documetn, then you can see if you have missed any signatures.
Nice to get a legal signature without having to have the customer right in from of you. also they get a copy of the signed doc once completed as well
The layout of the website is aesthically pleasing and easy to navigate. They make it very simple to send out your documents in order to be signed. Also like how - they do not need the signers to make an account in order to complete a document. Furthermore, they allow you to send the same document to a group of people and give you access to the progress of the document is being completed.
Sometimes, when downloading a completed 'Bulk Send' document - the file will not download right away and will not give you an explanation why it takes longer - usually assume that it would depend how many people you are send the document to.
We send out policy company wide that needs to be read and signed - so we use DropBox Sign in order to have the employee read it and acknowledge it. It also gives us proof that the documents have been read and acknowledged by send a audit trail at the end of each document.
The ease of use. You can upload any document, add signature lines, text boxes, dates, etc. The ease of HelloSign has created a true fan in me! You can set signer orders so that if a particular signer wants to sign only after all the other information is put in, that's an option!
The limit of templates you can upload, varies by the subscription tier but would be nice to have more than we do now.
Do it today!
I can have any contract signed by any party anywhere in the world with no hassle of an in-person meeting, fax or printers, scanning messy copies. This is the most professional way to deliver any type of paperwork that needs to be signed. It's easy on both the person requesting the signature and the part(ies) signing.
I have been using Dropbox sign for all yearly documents for my clients. It has saved me headaches trying to get documentation returned and knowing what has not been signed. It makes my life easier!
I wish templates could be combined into one email to send without including every document in one pdf to make each template. I have certain documents I send to certain clients. I don't like making multiple templates with the same documents based on the services the client uses. If I send each document separately I have to send multiple emails.
I have not noticed any differences between HelloSign and Dropbox sign for services I use. I am hoping for changes to the way templates are done and being able to include multiple templates in one email to the client.
Once you create a template, Dropbox Sign is super easy to use for sending out a dicument that needs signatures or needs to be reviewed. Its user interface is not cluttered and not complicated, it is easy to navigate, and easy to manage. They have a great many integrations that allow use of HelloSign across other platfoms/solutions/services such as Evernote, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Sharepoint, OneDrive, Hubspot, Slack, etc.
Dropbox Sign has too much of a lab feeling when you log in to it. It feels too clean and lacks color and excitement. When using a template to send, each template goes out to recipients with the name that the template has - you have to add/rename the document in order to be able to differentiate who
We are no longer sending PDFs around as attachments and waiting for people to sign, print, scan, and send back. Instead, we use HelloSign and the process is so much easier to manage and collect e-signatures.

What's most helpful about Dropbox Sign is that you create your agreement once, and your staff just plugs in the variables, like names, effective dates, etc.
The only thing I dislike about Droprox Sign is you can't change the variables once you 've sent the item out for signature. Sometimes we'll get a customer who wants to omit a middle name, or add an initial, and instead of fixing it, we have to scrap the whole thing and start over. It's no big deal, but if you're dealing with a customer who's already a pain, having to re-do their contract might make you grumpy for a min.
Dropbox Sign eliminated the need to meet in person to sign contracts, or mail one and wait for it to be mailed back. We can send out an agreement and get a signature almost immediately. We can then upload a PDF copy into our CRM for later reference. Also, the signed agreement is always available in your Dropbox Sign account.
