What do you like best about Hellonext?

Customer support, it's one of my primary reasons to use hellonext. They stand off what their product offers when I or any of my team members request for a feature and if it's supported by few other customers as well then I can be sure that it'll be added to the upcoming changelog.

What do you dislike about Hellonext?

Nothing much that I'm aware of that I dislike about the product or the team at this moment.

What problems is Hellonext solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prioritizing our next big thing was always a challenge for us. Building small features for our products wasn't much of a pain. But when we think about building something new, as it needs a lot of time and energy we would like to validate it with our customers prior to jump and create it. With Hellonext it was pretty easier to understand what our customers really want and only build that. There by increasing our revenue and keeping the operation cost low.

What do you like best about Hellonext?

This app has been exactly what we need to organize our development goals and document changes. While we have not yet had as many clients directly submit feature suggestions and bugs, it's great for communicating these changes as we complete them. I also like that that HelloNext team is responsive to feature suggestions and bug fixes. It's also very nice to be able to whitelabel everything and to use our own subdomain to access the app. The fact that Hellonext integrates with Intercom was also a big selling point for us.

What do you dislike about Hellonext?

There's not really much to dislike. Hellonext is sometimes lagging behind some of its competitors when it comes to features but the pricing seems fair.

Recommendations to others considering Hellonext:

Give the free trial a try before you commit, but I think you'll be happy.

Easy and efficient way to manage product feedback

It was very easy to adapt to and managing feedback from your customers is very efficient. The product allows you to manage feature suggestions as well and with this you can plan product roadmap that your user need. Because you are literally working on the feedback given by your product customers, you can see what they need and where to improve. Definitely a tool your product team needs.
