What do you like best about Heartland eCommerce?

I like the reports functions - being able to sort transactions and track specific consumer data

What do you dislike about Heartland eCommerce?

Not very intuitive, but easy to master it

What problems is Heartland eCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Billing is much simpler - being able to remote access data from multiple sites
