Staff, support, they are always readily available

the system has hiden things like little plus here and there, and its not very user friendly (from managers standpoint)

Creating incident reports, thats awesome. and creating required classes that staff need to take.

I like how easy it is to keep track of staff and training that you are able to create and customize. Also when it comes to pulling reports it is so simple and easy and they are so visually appealing!

Using compliance manager makes our organization more compliant with health care standard requirements. We can now easily keep track of incident reporting, training and compliance regulations.

The ability to easily track and assign items. Further, the reminders and educational assignments are outstanding.

Sometimes, it is not very user friendly or the actions are repetitive.

Healthicity allowed to better track our HIPAA walk-throughs and make note of deficiencies.
