"Its the best commerce tool available in the market."

What do you like best about HCL Commerce?

It's currently Moved on GCP, and its version 9+ has so many better things that other frameworks do not have.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

As we have very tough competition in the market with open source technologies, It should also change most of the license fee to a minimal price.

What problems is HCL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its solving many day to day problems as it has prebuit store and its easy to showcase to cutomers.

It's very easy to customize using Merchant center. It has well defined APIs for integration with third-party systems. It has excellent documentation.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

The plethora of features might be intimidating for new adopters.

Easy for beginners to learn, as it’s very as how to use the software as a point of sale system in retail locations.

The downsides were that the software we used needed to be updated and it took too long to load.

I love that is it very streamlined and user friendly for not only the company but for customers as well.

Sometimes it can be glitchy when placing orders or fulfilling but that can be said for any system really.

What do you like best about HCL Commerce?

I love that it targets all this data and shares it to you so that you can target customers or target certain people to your online mission.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

Ultimately the price was what drove my bosses away and decided to go to Sdobe analytics instead.

What problems is HCL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives you valuable information on the fly. Allowing you to target customers for sales and gives you the information necessary to make a good connection and valuable transaction. Adobe does this as well.

"Couldn’t think of a better tool "

What do you like best about HCL Commerce?

I love that I am able to Identifiy trends and alerts. From an analytical perspective this is helpful identifying consumer behavior.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

I wish I could think of an area of improvement. I guess ideally I would like to know the history and time of when the consuming was browsing/purchasing. This would allow me to understand when buying habits were more frequent.

What problems is HCL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being in the e-commerce business, IBM commerce has been a functional tool where I can track and identify consumer purchases. Without this, I wouldn’t know how to psychologically target my clients
