The speed and accuracy of the responses, along with the NLP support to process and optimize the queries to reduce the drop and increase the user experience with the service

What do you dislike about Haptik?

Maintenance and support are required to introduce the new integration and data pipelines for newly launched products, services and customer queries. TAT is painful to wait for.

Haptik helps resolve and educate the customers about the short queries that will queue them in telecalls. Also the prompt support and feedback mechanisms help us in fine-tuning the responses

What do you like best about Haptik?

Best way to get work done, all you have to do is put a query and then the AI or the agent takes it up well. I use it for seamless web check in or booking hotels for the best price

What do you dislike about Haptik?

It was much more efficient before when it was only agents replying to the queries. Now the AI integration makes it seem like a fake conversation or very generic

What problems is Haptik solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bulk corporate or even individual hotel bookings were a hassle before. Now Haptik finds the best price across all platforms like MMT, Cleartrip, Goibibo, etc and finds the best deals/coupons. This has saved cost
