1. It's AI-powered, hence most of the things are easy to go.

2. It has a very good integration with slack and MS Teams.

3. HappyFox Assist AI is quite capable of handling redundant situations by its own, using the internal knowledge base set.

4. Consideration of messages and converting same to ticket, mainting every information shared for that link between bots and non-bots.

I’ve been using HappyFox Assist AI, and one of the things I love most is how it handles all kinds of customer inquiries and support requests. It’s been a game-changer for my team because it takes a lot of the workload off our human agents.

It's so expensive

What do you like best about HappyFox Assist AI?

I was a user to HappyFox, it's good suite for Customer Service industry, AI based chatbots are norm nowadays and HappyFox has robust system to deploy bots with ease. With great integrations like Slack, we ran operations smoothly. Interface is also newbie friendly.

- It's godly priced!
