Our AR team has really enjoyed using the HappyAR solution and it's helped reduce the number of days that invoices are outstanding. In many cases, we've been paid faster than normal which helps to justify the cost of the system. Plus it integrates with Bill.com which is a must for our team. They also offered a free trial and month-to-month pricing which my leadership team liked and help get us started and using the system.
Nothing yet has jumped out that we've disliked.
We had a recurring problem with clients paying our invoices in a timely manner. This was the reason we started looking for a solution like HappyAR. Their solution has reduced the number of days on average that it takes to get an invoice paid- which has improved our cash flow and allowed our finance team to stay focused on their main role and reduced the amount of "chasing" required to get an invoice paid. Also, the certified integrations and user validation make the system secure to use, which was another benefit that we were looking for as we reviewed a few options.
The software is easy to use, and invoice status reporting is clear and understandable. Connects to QuickBooks Online, there is no need to import and export data. I definitely will recommend this product to all my customers.
I had problems linking my QuickBooks Online account to Happy AR. I contacted the company, and they were able to help me. Now everything is running smothly.
Invoicing reporting is easier to see with their software. It saves time by automatically creating reports instead of manually creating them.
HappyAR automates numerous collection activities and saves me hours of manual work each week. All of the reports and statistics that I had to previously pull manually each day are now the first items I see on my dashboard each morning. The collection templates and automated e-mails also save me a lot of time and energy so I can focus on other projects. And finally, having the collections audit trail for each invoice is super helpful so I can easily track all activity and correspondence. HappyAR truly makes me happy!
We are in the early stages of utilizing HappyAR, so our biggest dislike so far is that we didn't know about the software sooner.
We can automate numerous activities and not only save time and money, but we are now less likely to let an outstanding invoice fall through the cracks.
The best part of HappyAR is that it was effortless to integrate into my already running billing software. My team can see where they stand with any/all outstanding payments, which lessens the time spent between departments corresponding back and forth about whether payments have come in. Because the system tracks whether invoices have been received and opened, we can forecast and plan more efficiently. Overall we are pleased with the integration.

Through HappyAR's tracking, we can establish which clients require no follow-up, automated follow-up, or person-to-person contact to get our invoices paid more quickly. Massive time saver.

Integration was turnkey for sure but the biggest benefit has been to our partnership network in terms of getting them returns in a shorter timeframe.
Future release request - I would love to see an SMS enhancement or functionality enabled for follow-ups.
I'd encourage any organization experiencing a higher than desired DSO to sign-up and see for themselves. The system is incredibly user-friendly and results rapid. Our partner network has been thrilled. It's allowed us to obtain more favorable attention in terms of speed to payment.
Like most organizations, we are looking to do more with less and to automate where possible. HappyAR is helping us shorten our CCC significantly, which our owners and partnership network are thrilled about.
We have had an excellent experience with HappyAR. The staff effectively communicated with us throughout the process, we were able to reduce the time it took to get paid and have improved our relationship with customers as a result. We haven't found anything missing in this system. If we did the staff at HappyAR are so good at what they do I am sure they would find an immediate solution.
Biggest issue was getting g paid in a timely manner. Since integration we have been able to reduce the time it takes to get paid.
I am happy with HappyAR because its invoice collection process is magnificent as it does a good efficient job and allows you to have full control of all the invoices that exist so that none remain unpaid
all these processes are automated in a way that saves me hours of work and I am sure that everything is up to date with payments

It saves time and it's dependable. This is the third AR solution I've tried and I think we have a winner. I'm finally back to building my business instead of running it, chasing after invoices.
I don't see anything yet. Customer service has been great so far. I'm guessing they'll get any problems taken care of.
The main benefit is the time. I was entering AR and collections into my system and Quickbooks (my previous system always had mistakes syncing). HappyAR is doing great at syncing with Quickbooks so far and I was able to customize client communications in a way I felt good about. When you're a small operation like me, you have to automate or else your business end up running you. This is automation done right.

I work at a CPA firm, and we routinely prepare AR reports and help with collections for our clients. Happy AR has provided services that we are not able to get from bill.com or QuickBooks. Happy AR has saved us numerous hours of manual work and made us look like superstars to our clients.
