My company has been using Doctolib for over 2 years now, and the name of our platform has become a common name for every employee, who go on it every week at least. We know that every thing is on it.
We have been well supported for the implementation, and keep being greatly supported by the CSM team.
The different features (the search bar, the filters, the different type of widgets, the groups management, etc.) allow for every persona to find something they will like.
Finally, our tech company is working with the Google Suite, and an platform which would integrate our tools was key in our choice.
The governance can be tricky, especially once the platform has grown, but thanks to the Happeo team support, they help us even on strategic aspects.
We had a lot of issues before implementing Happeo:
- no single source of truth
- poor quality of information
- the eternal question of "who knows what?"
- inadequate tools
- silos, lack of visibility between teams and lack of transmission
- weakness of continuous learning
It is fun working with happeo as the look and feel are really nice. The tool has a logical structure of pages (this is best to document knowledge) and channels (the communication part). So happeo is a good mixture of both, documenting knowledge in pages and improve communciation within different groups via the channels. Nonetheless, it is not a unique knowledge sharing tool as the pages are quite static. But the channels are really good and useful to communication within a team or the whole company. The support of happeo is really quick and competent.
We would like to have more options in pages: to see a date on the different elements on one page. e.g. on what date a text element has been written or changed. To allocate a responsible person for the content of page (which is not necessarily the person that has created the page or written the content).
Better communication of company topics and and an exchange (by writing comments below) concerning the news.
More easy way of working toghether in groups (communication, sharing documents, posting questions and getting answers visible for everyone in the channel). Even for employees who join the company: they can review the older information and get the whole picture.
The ability to quickly communicate and scale collaboration is second to none. Users across the globe can receive information, connect and collaborate in real time – answer questions quickly and publicly to avoid duplicative emails.
The lack of a scheduling tool is challenging; posts are made in real-time, and not able to be scheduled to launch at a specifici time.
We're able to provide more specific, tailored communications. Previously, we sent a tremendous amount of information to reach everyone – now we're able to specify the audience, so messages don't get lost/overlooked.
I love that Happeo truly listens to its customer base. They communicate openly with their user community and continually take customer feedback seriously. In the past year that I have been a part of the community, I have seen numerous improvements that have come as a direct result of their communication channels with their customers.
Due to their continuous improvements, they recently updated their billing plans. Although I understand the need to shift in billing, I wish the new plans were more straightforward.
Their mission is to create more transparency throughout organizations. The platform they have designed to meet this need has been essential to our organization as we are an entirely remote working environment.
What I like the most is the friendly user interface and the variety of functionalities.
I have nothing to mention regarding this.
One of the best things that Happeo does is bring together many information that can be accessed easily.
The platform is extremely intuitive and logically structured. It has much more functionality than the previous communication hub we were using. Staff are engaging and providing great feedback about their experience. The customer support we've received from day 1 has been exceptional. When we have a need, they are responsive, and if the capability doesn't currently exist, their staff advocate with their product development team to have it be added when feasible to do so.
There are a few features that haven't yet been built into the platform that I'm accustomed to using w/our prior communication hub platform, but Happeo is looking to have those added in response to our and other customer needs.
Integrating google enterprise and our communication portal.
Happeo has served as a single source of truth in our organization! Reducing the number of emails and allowing for quick onboarding in a fast-paced medical setting.
The only downside is that it is not fully integrated with Outlook, everything else is great!
Prior to Happeo we had miscommunications happening, all staff not being informed of schedule/work flow updates, and alot of unnecessary emails being sent. Happeo has rectified all of this and freed up individual inboxes while improving organizational efficiencies.
Simple to use, simple to explore, but also many important security features. Org Chart is also nice to see.
App launcher could have more features, for example : be able to hide/show apps for different parts of the company.
If you're searching for an easy to use intranet tool, with a nice rendering, Happeo is the best !
Happeo is a good way to spread information all across the company, without having to use multiple channels of communication.

I love the community that Happeo has around its users. We get to collaborate with other businesses to come up with better experience with our company's page.
The only trouble I have is the integrations for each user. I wish there was a way that the admin can do the integrations.
Our company is so spread out, Happeo is a great place for our employees to come together and stay up to date on all company news.
