"Great way to recognize hard work!"

What do you like best about HALO?

Ease of use, customer support and the number of feautures provided make Halo a great employee recognition partner. We have a great representative, Nicola who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our colleagues look forward to their recognition walls for each milestone!

There has not been anything yet that we dislike about Halo.

HALO is our service award vendor. They provide our employees with a tier-based gift selection for each of our service anniversaries.

"Top Notch Gift Selections & Customer Service"

What do you like best about HALO?

Large variety of gifts offered at each service level. Gifts ship out rather quickly & are exactly as described. The team at HALO are great at responding to my emails and providing service to employees when they need it.

What do you dislike about HALO?

The shipping of service awards at the beginning of the quarter can be delayed at times. Part of that is my fault so I'm going to make sure data is turned in by the deadline for the 2024 Q1 awards to see if that helps matters.

What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to recognize the years of service milestones for our employees - with over 4,000 employees nationwide, HALO helps keep the managers & company on track for recognizing those anniversaries!

They provide great quality awards that have made endless memories for our McDonald's staff!

There is nothing I dislike about HALO. They have provided fantastic customer service when needed, great award presentations and overall satisfactory service.

I like the team I work with at Halo. Rebecca Remely has been a great partner with GMR since day one. Sonnah Barrie is always very responsive, knowledgable and friendly.

nothing comes to mind. Halo has always been a great partner

they work with us when we are looking at adding different employee groups by creating mulitple proposals. They listen to our needs.
