Not that intuitive from first impressio, however eventually is easy to use.

Identify quickly and easily candidates expertise and knowledge level, under today's environments with lot of remote interviews, people gets creative on how to skip questions or find ways to use different sources so identifying when a candidate is not completely honest is crucial and this platform helps to cover that part of the interview

The rich question library, the ability to create our own tests, and the attention to the candidate and evaluator experiences, along with all the support they provide, are the best things in using HackerRank.

Lack of questions for some specific tech stacks and some small, but annoying, usability problems when reviewing candidate reports or managing the tests.

User experience while setting up Programming questions can be improved even thought it is fair now. May be it can add live video streaming as well.

I would love if Hacker Rank offered more variety of assessments that we can utilize when hirning other roles within our organization.

Hacker Rank helps us to provide the same assessment to multiple caniddiates in order for us the indetnify the right experience before moving them on to a video interview stage for our team. It is saving us and the team time so we are only interviewing qualified candidates.

HackerRank offers various challenges across multiple domains, provides adaptive skill assessments that check proficiency levels in different programming languages, and offers a collaborative coding environment.

Sometimes the problem description is poorly explained or ambiguous in HackerRank, which leads to confusion. This leads to more time-consuming than usual coding time.

As I belong to a Computer Science background, Coding plays a vital role, and hackerRank has been an excellent platform for me to encounter coding challenges and improve my coding skills.

HackerRank provides a wide range of coding challenges, including data structures, algorithms, SQL etc., across multiple domains. It helps developers to enhance their knowledge and skills in various areas of programming.

Although HackerRank supports multiple programming languages, it has limitations for certain languages. This can pose problems to developers who prefer newer programming languages.

HackerRank has a section for Interview Preparation. It offers a wide range of coding questions commonly asked in Technical interviews. Hence, Developers can solve interview-style questions, making them more confident in coding interviews.

HackerRank supports many programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, Javascript, etc. This means that developers can choose the programming language they are most comfortable with to solve challenges on the platform.

There is a lack of sufficient documentation and examples when attempting coding challenges. This can confuse those new to programming, learning new skills, or unfamiliar with certain concepts.

HackerRank is a competitive programming platform that provides opportunities for developers to test their skills through coding contests and challenges. This platform offers certifications and badges for completing contests and challenges.

Any one can do coding on any skills. Professionally most of the tech companies uses this for the Interview purpose. It is basically to review the candidate coding skills based on any programming language like Java, C, C++, Python and the best part is it actually rectifyies the error and help candidate to demonstrate the knowledge. It is usely as wide range in today's tech recruitment market to asses good and potential candidates.

Basically, there isno such disadvantage of hackerrank. It's just that they need to add one feature where hackerrank could easily stop the candidate to attempt the test from the similar email address if that email address has been previosuly captured. This will avoid the cheating and save interviewer time too.

The majority problem is they solve for me to assess the candidate. In coding perspective hackerrank will assess easily who is the best and who is poor also even if candidate copy the code they would fly a flagged where we just have to neglect the candidate. It affects the smooth and beneficial to over all tech interview process.
