I've been using Gumroad for 6 years. Setting up my online store was easy and I've had a great experience selling digital products in that time. Wouldn't think of switching to a different online store.

Some great features of Gumroad:

-Incredible customer support

-I can e-mail all my customers time from within Gumroad which makes updates easy

-Great accounting and analytic tools for doing taxes

-No annual fee to use the site

-Refund a sale in one click

-My products appear in Gumroad searches

-Generate discount codes for customers

-Over pay and tipping option at check out

-Owner of the company responds to my e-mails

-Add anyone as an affiliate and give them a cut of your sales

Prompt service and great experience

I met some problems on the Gumroad platform and received prompt help from the staff (Vatsal) from Gumroad.

They managed to solve it for me within a short timeframe and I could resume my work quickly.

I wish more platforms could offer excellent service like Gumroad.

My husband LOVES the razors and they give him a great shave!! We are in the USA and are on subscription for his razors. We have never had an issue all this time, but this time he got the wrong blades sent. Gruum was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to my email and sent correct blades out right away! Could not be happier with the product, company and their quick action to correct the mistake! GREAT PRODUCT GREAT COMPANY- highly recommend!

I was a little worried about buying from this site, but figured since I had a one time use card with the required amount on ($10), I would give it a try. The one time use was rejected by them, but adding the funds to a normal card and then using that, worked just fine. As soon as the transaction went through, I got an email with a link to my comics.

Maybe Gumroad has fixed all the issues people have had. Or maybe it's a problem with the individual creator on the platform, and not the platform itself.

I received an excellent customer service when I asked a question of why my account was suspended. They explained to me and fix the problem very quickly.

GumRoad helps digital creators lift their products off the ground - without a headache

I have been a GumRoad seller since February 3, 2023 and have actively sold products for 50 days of writing this review.

Prior to GumRoad, my tech stack was a 100 foot-tall, semi-integrated rollercoaster. Every single day, something broke. Websites, Plugins, Affiliate Tracking, Order Tracking, Marketing, SEO, Review plugins... it was all too much -- this is coming from a developer with over a decade of web development experience.

Fast forward to March 25, 2023 - I have since sold $9,170 worth of software subscriptions for my SaaS company on a handy little platform called GumRoad.

My affiliates generated over 50% of those sales and took home a nice commission on those orders.

Thanks to GumRoad's ease of access and delightful customer experience, my clients have found the buying process from me to be simple and trustworthy.

In fact, after selling over 100 license keys on recurring subscriptions, although early in my journey, I have not yet had:

- a single cancelled subscription
- had to issue a refund
- or had any review less than 5 stars (my product is pretty good!) ;)

Of course, I am still a new seller, and yes things could probably change over time, but there is zero question in my mind:

GumRoad made it easier for my customers to understand my product, purchase a license and manage their account. Therefore I believe selling on GumRoad has specifically been the driving factor to my success thus far.
