I've loved using this platform. The user interface is really intuitive and I've been able to join multiple mentoring programs to find the people I need. Compared to other platforms I've used in the past, it's clear Guider really cares about delivering on user experience.
There's been no downside for me at all! I'm excited to see how the product develops further.
Lots of learning platforms are clunky and difficult to use meaning you drop out and don't make the most of the experience. With Guider, it's been smooth and easy to connect with mentees and mentors. I've been able to make the most out of mentoring and have enjoyed using the platform. It's a win-win.

This platform has really allowed us to open up our support to more people. Now we have people working across departments to upskill and work towards promotions. The best thing about Guider is that I can start and run several programs at once. We have ambitious goals and a small team - being able to set up multiple programs for specific groups is just what we were looking for.

What I like best about Guider is how easy it's been to implement, even with a small team. We'd never be able to connect people on the scale that we have done without Guider. It's opened up mentoring across the organisation.
I'd like to see more new features, but I hear they're coming.
It mainly solves our resourcing problems. Being able to make matches at scale with such a small team is wonderful. It means we can see engagement with mentoring happen at speed and report that back to our team.
I started mentoring on my placement scheme straight out of uni. Matching with my mentor has put me in touch with the right people that have made the transition into work much smoother. Without it I would've had a hard time knowing how everything works and who to talk to.
My program only lasted during the placement scheme so it was a shame not to get to carry on with mentoring once it ended.
Connecting me with people across the business that actually want to help me. I've been able to get up to speed at work and feel a lot more confident in my ablities.
Scaling a growing community manually is not easy. What Guider's done is give me 100% satisfaction with almost 0 effort. Before it would take me hours to make just 3 matches and when those people didn't work out I felt dejected. Whereas now the platform takes care of the matching and we have more people than ever connected through mentoring.
We've had a couple of users experiencing bugs. Their problems were resolved quickly.
As a growing community, we always struggle to find ways to improve how we are connecting people and adding value to members. The platform solves this issue for us and has given our community an extra string to our bow as we can now offer this amazing benefit.

Hybrid working has been a frustration of mine as I feel like I have been learning less and not networking as much as I would like. Guider allows me to connect with people outside the people I meet in the office so the learnings are even broader.

I think the ability to do group mentoring would have been great. While I had a great relationship with my mentor, I could have benefitted from a group setting.

Guider is super user-friendly and offers a really well designed platform that adapts to your business needs. I’ve loved the reporting and analytics tools in particular. From the feedback we’ve had, the matching function works really well too.
