Very customizeable, great look and very easy to use - bonus, great customer service if you need help

I haven't found a down fall yet. It may be good if the speakers could upload vidoes on their own.

GB provides an updated look and feel to an easy to implement (administrators) and use (attendees) app at an affordable price for our conferences

Full disclosure: I do not work for Guidebook! We used Whova for our 2022 conference, and it was frankkly overwheling. Guidebook gives you just what you need to optimize the attendee experience.

My only dislike was the limitations on photos and grapics. Many of the sponsor logos did not fit correctly in the specified dimensions.

Major communication tool for attendees to access the full schedule / agenda, connect with colleagues and friends, and navigate the overall space.

I loved the customization, sharing capabilities and instant messaging.

Nothing comes to mind. We got everything we needed from guidebook and more.

Guidebook allowed our team members to share pictures of the event, talk to each other, find contact information and stay updated to the minute for event changes.

Guidebook was very easy to use and quick to pick up. A self explanatory UI for someone who may not be a very technical user. The customer support led a great introduction into Guidebooks and was very helpful along the process.

The plan features was a bit upsetting. Getting a year long subscription seemed pointless if we weren't able to create multiple guidebooks for seperate events.

Guidebooks is solving an easy to use event app which benefitted our audience with digestible information.

Guidebook is incredibly user friendly. It was very easy to set up and even easier to make quick updates when event details changed last-minute. My team acclimated quickly in the integration and the meeting attendees who used the app during the conference said it was a great resource. Customer support was also fabulous and checked in often with me to see if I had any questions and how things were going. We used the app frequently to send push notifications during the event and loved how many features we could implement!

The only thing about Guidebook that was hard really fell on getting our attendees to use it, especially those in the older age demographics– another "app" was a little intimidating to them, but once we got everyone set up most people acclimated quickly.

Our events consist of anywhere from 600-1000 attendees, and Guidebook first and foremost helped us save so much paper and printing costs! It was very easy to make changes and send our attendees notifications as things changed or were updated last minute so we didn't have to interrupt the conference to make announcements. We have several presentations happening at once, so it was also helpful to update attendees on any location or time changes.

Love the ease of updating schedules and being able to notify our conference attendants of important changes/updates. The platform itself was very easy to use.

Guidebook is very simple for a non-coder to establish an app. The guides are easy to understand and easy to implement the features you want for your event. Our students and families also find using the app fairly easy.

Customer service is not always the greatest and working with their team on term negotiations is a struggle at contract time.

Event scheduling and management

Creating an event app is easy to do. It's easy to customize the sections. Our event attendees can find what they're looking for. We've received positive feedback about Guidebook from our attendees, and have had great adoption rates. The Guidebook team is always very responsive to our needs. I find it easy to solve my own challenges through Guidebook's publshed resources.

There isn't much I can think of that I dislike.

Guidebook is providing event attendeees with a one-stop resources for event information including venue maps, agenda, speaker profiles, specialized information about our content, and more. We joke throughout our event that instead of asking a question, first #CheckTheApp, because the answer is likely there!

The easy to use platform for both building and using.

I would love an interactive map option. Is that a thing?

Scheduling

For our conference, many people wanted a paper program, but we wanted to explore an app option as well, so we looked around and found Guidebook. What we loved was the ease of setting up. We could import the program information and easily update as needed. Even better, we were only charged for the number of members that used the app. This was really beneficial from a cost standpoint. It allowed us to experiment without a huge expense!

I love how members can create their favorite sessions and get reminders about start times!

I really can't think of any downsides since the program allows easy integration.

The use of Guidebook as allowed us to get rid of the paper program entirely!
